Arrival at Freeport, Grand Bahama Island. Rental of a car. Transfer to a hotel in Port Lucaya if you like the animation, or a little further away from the Ocean Reef & Yacht Club for a slightly more family atmosphere. Afternoon rest to digest flight and 6 hours lag with France.

Morning in Freeport, visit the Garden of the Groves, Perfume Factory, then direction the Port Lucaya Market Place for an international lunch in a festive atmosphere. Tour of the island. From Freeport, head first towards the wild and sparsely populated eastern part of the island. Visit Lucayan National Park, its underwater cavities, mangroves and its famous Gold Rock Beach - the film Pirates of the Caribbean was shot just around the corner! Then continue towards the eastern tip to discover the few fishing villages dotted here and there, then return to your steps towards Freeport and West End.
