On a short stay, it is preferable and cheap to take an official private guide (they have a badge from the Ministry of Tourism). He will accompany you to the Giza plateau where you will discover the Pyramids of Cheops, Kephren and Mykerinos, the enigmatic Sphinx and the Temple of the Valley. After lunch, on the way to the Cairo Museum, which presents the largest collection in the world of antiquities from the pharaonic period. Then, walk through Old Cairo area and visit the hanging church and the ancient synagogue of Cairo. At the end of the day, immerse yourself in the lively and animated Khan El Khalili, the most famous Souk in the Middle East, the ideal place for souvenirs shopping.

In the morning, promenade from Bab el Futuh to Bab Zweila, visit of the Beit El Suhaymi houses, numerous mosques and fountains. Meals in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit of the El Azhar mosque, El Gouri complex and the old districts, visit and free time in Khan El Khalili souk.
