Arrival in Cork. We take care of your rental car. Strolling through St Patrick's street or the alleys of the history museum will take you back to the highlights of the city, from the Viking conquests to the War of the Two Roses and the last fitting of the Titanic for its tragic fate. At the end of the day, drive towards the bay of Ardmore and settle for a night in a pretty address set in an exceptional setting by the sea.




Day 2 : In South East Ireland

To see: Dungarvan Castle (on guided tour); Waterford Crystal (one of the most famous crystal works in Europe, founded in 1783); the interactive museum "Waterord Treasures Musem" and its Viking objects; the medieval remains of the Rock of Cashel... During the summer season: a fishing session; a sailing trip at sea or a hike.
One night stay in Thomastown in a charming estate organized around a magnificent Georgian residence, a summer lodge and former stables. The hotel also houses a beautiful spa and an equestrian stud farm.

In the morning, discover Kilkenny, the medieval city with a rich past. Don't miss Butler Art Gallery's castle, gardens and contemporary art gallery. Then drive to County Wicklow, nicknamed "The Gardens of Ireland", a region where it is nice to go green. As soon as the weather is fine, many hiking trails open up (possibility of trekking in the woods of Maccredin Woods) or horseback riding. Possibility to sleep in an elegant Victorian mansion in the evening

On the road to the capital, a first stop at the Glendalough monastery site. Extension and stop on the lakes and the Ballada Natural Park. Finally a nice break in the Manor House and the Powerscourt gardens

Visit Dublin with or without a guide, not to be missed, the Anglicans, Christ Church and Saint Patrick, the old part of Temple Bar, have a good meal at J. Kennedy's Bar. Admiration of the Trinity College Library, founded in 1592 by Elizabeth I It's time to head for the airport.
