Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park

Departure from your hotel at 8 am for a magnificent journey through the Great Rift Valley for a full day 4x4 safari. Although small in size (205 square miles), the park offers breathtaking landscapes and is well known for its lush acacia forest, giant fig trees, and mahoganies, as well as a growing population of baboons and blue monkeys. The permanent residents of this park also include giraffes, elephants, impalas, and a large number of buffaloes. The lake is also home to a large number of hippos. The landscapes of Lake Manyara will leave you speechless, and game drives along the lake offer wonderful opportunities to take photos of giraffes and buffaloes. Some additional excursions are possible, including a bike or boat trip. In the afternoon, return to camp for dinner - Country Lodge Karatu.

  • day 2

    Karatu - Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, departure towards the most famous national park in the world, the Serengeti. It will be an unforgettable moment for anyone seeing it for the first time. As you progress into the Serengeti, you will understand why this name means, in the local language, "endless plains." The park covers 6,900 square miles (18,000 km2) and, for the most part, these are plains that stretch to the horizon, challenging your senses and your perception of distances. It is home to the Great Migration and 2 million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of zebras, and antelopes of all kinds. As for the great predators, this is the prime place to observe lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, with many televised scenes, such as the famous river crossings, having been filmed in this park. Accommodation: The Serengeti Throne Tree Luxury Camp.

  • day 3

    Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater

On that day, we suggest you go on an early morning safari (when the animals are more active) and see one of the most beautiful sunrises you will ever witness. After the safari, we return to camp for a hearty brunch, then we head to Ngorongoro, the 8th wonder of the natural world. The crater covers 102 square miles and has 2,000-foot-high walls, making it practically a Noah's Ark sheltering almost every species of indigenous East African wildlife. It is one of the few places on the entire continent where you can see the black rhinoceros. The crater has a river, several swamps, a soda lake with a large concentration of pink flamingos, a forest, and open plains. It is also famous for its elephants, the largest in the world, which have enormous tusks. The Ngorongoro Crater is truly a wonder of the natural world. You will arrive at Ngorongoro in time for a sunset. Possibility to downgrade or upgrade your accommodation. Accommodation: Karatu Country Lodge
