Geneva is an ideal destination and very easily accessible for a weekend or during a 2-3 day getaway. As the choice of visits or activities is relatively broad, this program is only a proposal to have, during a first visit, the broadest possible vision of the city and its many attractions.
Day 1: Historical and international Geneva

Day 3: On the heights of Geneva
Morning: visit of the old town (Saint-Pierre cathedral, Bourg-de-Four square, Town Hall, Reformers' wall...). Afternoon: visit of the International Organizations district (Place des Nations and Broken Chair, UN - Palais des Nations, International Museum of the Red Cross and Red Crescent...). Return by the right bank of Lake Geneva, walking through the Conservatory and the Botanical Garden, the Parc de la Perle-du-Lac to the Wilson and Mont-Blanc docks.
Morning: visit CERN (Laboratory of particle physics) and the Globe of science and innovation in Meyrin, or visit the Plainpalais district with the flea market, the MAMCO and contemporary galleries around the rue des Bains, the Patek Philippe Muséum (dedicated to the most beautiful watches in the world), the Place Neuve and the Parc des Bastions, or the MEG (Geneva Ethnography Museum), the MAH (Art and History Museum). Afternoon: walk on the harbour of Geneva (Jet d'eau, Flowered clock, English garden, Île Rousseau, National monument, Monument Brunswick, baths of the Pâquis...). Crossing the harbour in Mouette (taxi boat) or cruise on the lake.
Morning: visit of Carouge. Its shops and cafés. Afternoon (or morning, depending on the weather): excursion to Mont Salève by cable car (France), or walk in the Geneva countryside with a visit to the cellars and tasting of Swiss local products.
