Their name comes from the nymphs that the irritable Poseidon transformed into rocks. But it could also come from the word kuklos or "circle", since they draw a halo around the sacred island of Delos. Departure by plane (30 minutes) or by boat, from Piraeus (between 5 and 7 hours). Spectacular arrival on this rocky island, shaped by the convulsions of the volcano, with its white houses on the side of cliffs. Stroll in Fira but sleep in Oia.

From sunrise to sunset on the Caldeira. A possible excursion to the nearby island of Thirassia, the "antithesis" preserved from Santorini, separated from the island following a volcanic explosion.
