2021 is a new year, a new year that means new projects; all the fans of great journeys and passionate adventurers are already licking their lips at the idea of planning their annual trip. The choice of local travel was a success for the summer of 2020 in France; indeed, given the uncertainties and the spread of the pandemic, nearly 95% of trips planned last summer by the French were within the country. However, an international trip remains an extraordinary, tireless experience. And as soon as the announcement of the second deconfinement was made, distant reservations multiplied, all while implementing health formalities. Going abroad these days means having to respect and carry out new formalities. Technology, omnipresent, has also found its place within travel. Indeed, tools are provided to facilitate and accompany in the particular health context surrounding us. Everything will be done online: from tracking as a prevention against contamination to the application showing PCR test results through habits we have already adopted (contactless payment, online check-in and tickets...) the digital world is destined to thrive within travel.

A new way of traveling: return to authenticity

Staying locked up at home has become complicated; that's why travelers are gradually giving life back to ecotourism (focused on discovery and respect for nature and locals). This new way of traveling is set to expand more and more in the future. So, fine sandy beach or pool? Crowded shopping mall or discovery of tropical forests? I think for most of us the choice is quickly made!
