Set off to discover the natural Empire in Colombia

If we had to define Colombia in a single word, it would be: diversity. With an incredible variety of fauna and flora, set out to discover the beauty and above all the magic of this country that holds many surprises for you…

If you want an authentic stay, close to nature and off the beaten path, here is what we recommend:

The Amazon

Located at the far south of the country, at the border with Brazil, Peru, and Venezuela, the Amazon has been home to indigenous communities for millennia. Above all, it is home to exceptional fauna and flora (pink dolphins, caimans, monkeys, Ceibo trees, orchids, etc.).

The Andes Cordillera

It stretches almost across the entire Colombian territory, from north to south. Cradle of countless water sources (waterfalls, rivers) formed by glaciers, this is where the Condor, the largest bird in the world, nests. It is also in this region that you can admire many hummingbirds. On a beautiful hike, you will discover the endemic plant el frailejón and the giant wax palms located in the heart of the coffee zone. Moreover, this Colombian coffee landscape is declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.

You will also enjoy the typical towns and villages with colonial charm such as Salento or Barichara. Another natural treasure of this region is the Tatacoa desert.

The Pacific Coast

The Pacific coast is located to the west of the country, offering exuberant and still untouched nature. It offers beaches, some with black sand, and dense tropical forests, where you can observe humpback whales. It is also a favorite spot for divers.

The plains "los Llanos"

They are located to the east of the mountain ranges. It is here that the most beautiful river in the world is hidden, the river of 5 colors: Caño Cristales. Los Llanos is the ideal place to go on a safari, on horseback, to meet the cowboys living here, but above all to observe the jaguar and the anacondas.

The Caribbean

The most popular region, located in the north of the country. Bathed by the warmth of the Caribbean Sea, it is a land of warm and joyful people, where the atmosphere is festive, especially around the drums.

It is here that you meet the various indigenous peoples. They are the most representative of the country, such as the Wayuu in the La Guajira desert, the Koguis, Arhuacos, and Wiwas in the mythical Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (the highest mountain range with Pico Colón and its 5775 meters of altitude). The pearl of the Caribbean, Cartagena de Indias, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, is undoubtedly the most famous of this region.

San Andres & Providencia

These islands are paradisiacal and accessible only by plane. It is ideal for a seaside stay among palm trees and fine sandy beaches with turquoise water.

It is no coincidence that Colombia has been designated as the new "IT PLACE" for tourism. A country that has had a second chance since the peace agreement and is now opening up to the world to let visitors discover its immeasurable natural and cultural wealth.

Nature, Culture, History, adventure or relaxation, everything is here!
