Day 1: ARRIVAL AT KILIMANJARO AIRPORT (JRO) – ARUSHA // 2h drive

Your driver will welcome you at Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO) and arrange your transfer to the lodge (a few hours of rest).

• Check-in at the lodge that immerses you in the heart of Tanzanian culture.

Day 2 – LAKE MANYARA // 2h drive // picnic lunch, dinner

Head to the national park near Lake Manyara. A paradise for birds, this park is also known for its lions. You will encounter as many monkeys as large mammals.

• Check-in at the lodge, with a view of Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro highlands, and the surrounding hills.
• It has 10 cottages built in African style, a restaurant, large gardens with a pool, and an outdoor barbecue.

Day 3 – NGORONGORO // 1h drive // picnic lunch, dinner

Discover the Ngorongoro Crater, called the 8th wonder of the world.

You will follow the crater's ridges to discover unique landscapes before descending into the caldera. For the luckiest, you may spot the last spotted black rhinos that have found refuge there. The most majestic animals, in other words the "Big 5" (lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffaloes) and many others, live here peacefully!

Head to Tarangire Park at the end of the day to reach your new lodge.

• 10 permanent tents, set in the heart of the park, will allow you to have a great experience in the savannah, fully immersed in nature.

Day 4 – TARANGIRE // picnic lunch, dinner

Discover Tarangire National Park, the favorite home of elephants.

During the dry season, all the animals gather on the banks of the Tarangire River. It is the park's ultimate water source when all others have dried up. You will spend the day in a 4x4 before returning to your lodge at the end of the day for a campfire dinner.

Day 5 – TARANGIRE – ARUSHA // 2h drive // picnic lunch, dinner

You will spend a second day in Tarangire Park. You can observe animals taking mud baths. Large herds of elephants come to find some coolness, which they share with wildebeest, zebras, lions, gazelles, leopards, etc.

You will return to Arusha at the end of the afternoon for your last night on the continent.

Day 6 – ZANZIBAR // 2h drive, 1h30 flight, 1h30 transfer

Domestic flight to Zanzibar booked by us, from Arusha.

Upon your arrival on the island, a driver will welcome you at the airport for the transfer to your hotel. Located on the edge of the Indian Ocean, the Spice Island awaits you after your wild escape on the continent!

• Check-in at the hotel located in a large natural area with access to 2 white sand beaches, a garden, and a forest. It is a perfect getaway in an exotic African paradise!

Days 7 to 9 – ZANZIBAR

Free days in Zanzibar

Many optional activities are available (at your own expense):

• snorkeling, diving
• visit to the Jozani forest or the capital, Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site

Day 10 – DEPARTURE FROM ZANZIBAR AIRPORT (ZNZ) // 2h drive

Room available until noon.

Your driver will pick you up at the hotel to take you to Zanzibar Airport (ZNZ).
