This city is rich in colonial buildings and has immense archaeological sites like the great adobe (brick) city in the world.
For ever more natural tourism, you will appreciate the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, in the north of the Amazon. A protected area, you can only access it by river; a very moving encounter with the jungle. Like Manu National Park, this one is home to a great biodiversity. With more than 250 species such as the piracucu and the river dolphin, you will be amazed by the famous giant Charapas turtles and manatees. You will enjoy nature in its greatest simplicity.

Finally, for hiking fans, you will be charmed by the Cordillera Blanca. Less known, this region is located in the center of the country, near the city of Huaraz. Its remarkable mountains offer a breathtaking panorama. This high tropical mountain range forms a barrier between the desert coast and the impressive Amazon basin. The Cordillera Blanca means turquoise lakes, unique landscapes, glacier lakes, canyons, and archaeological sites.
