Transfer to the rhino trekking at the Ziwa sanctuary.Early breakfast and departure for Murchison Falls National Park. The journey is a magical adventure with a stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary along the way to observe the rhinos. After this enriching experience and a photo session, we head to the "top of the falls," where the Nile is forced through a 7-meter gorge with a thunderous drop. 4x4 and boat safari on the NileMurchison Falls National Park is the largest in Uganda and allows for wildlife viewing. Safaris start early in the morning, just after breakfast, which increases the chances of spotting different animals, especially predators who tend to hide during the heat of the day. Safaris take place on the north bank of the Nile, where you look out for giraffes, elephants, hartebeests, buffaloes, leopards, lions, and different species of birds. In the afternoon, the safari continues on the Nile: boat safari towards the powerful Murchison Falls. The relaxed boat safari offers more opportunities to observe a variety of animals and birds. Transfer to Kibale National Park.Today, we are leaving for the chimpanzee house in Kibale National Park. Kibale Forest is home to 13 species of primates, with the main attraction being chimpanzee tracking and bird watching. Chimpanzee trekkingChimpanzee tracking is a rewarding adventure that takes you to the heart of the tropical forests, with streams and abundant wildlife. You will start with a briefing from the ranger-guide about your chimpanzee trekking. During your hike, you may observe red-tailed monkeys, black-and-white colobus monkeys, butterflies, etc. With the help of your guide, you will locate the chimpanzees. Enjoy photo opportunities and watch them as they play, groom, and feed. After lunch, take part in the Bigodi community walks, a community project where you visit a swamp known for its rich diversity of birds and plants. This community project aims to provide jobs for young people by guiding. You also have the opportunity to visit the medicine man, the women weavers, the coffee experience, and the beer-making house. Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National ParkToday, after breakfast, our tour continues to Queen Elizabeth National Park for a wildlife experience in the Kasenyi plains. The journey will allow us to admire several crater lakes and the mystical Rwenzori mountain ranges along the way. In the afternoon, the safari will continue with a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, a body of water connecting Lake Edward and Lake George. Morning safari and transfer to the Ishasha sector.Today, we get up early in the morning for a safari in the savannah areas of Kasenyi. The animals, in their families, clans, and different groups, are out to start their day. The safari takes place in the Kasenyi plains, aboard custom-made safari vehicles for observing the animals. Observe the lions, elephants, buffaloes, and kobs. All this takes place between the Rwenzori mountains and the Rift Valley escarpment. After the morning safari, you will head to the Ishasha sector, in the southern part of Queen Elizabeth Park, which is famous for its tree-climbing lions. Shipping to the gorilla house - BwindiToday, we begin our journey to the home of the gentle giants of Bwindi: the mountain gorillas. The journey takes us through the terraced hills of the Kigezi highlands. Lunch will be taken en route or at the lodge, depending on the time of arrival. Gorilla trekkingMountain gorillas are true gentle giants found in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in Uganda. The Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is teeming with species of birds, butterflies, primates, mammals, etc. Your driver-guide will transfer you to the briefing area, where you will be divided into groups and assigned guides as well as a gorilla family to explore. Your guide will accompany you while communicating with the trackers of the huge and rare mountain gorillas in the heart of the Bwindi jungle. The trekking experience can last from a few minutes to several hours. You only have one hour with the gorillas to capture your best moment.
