    Welcome to the country of Morocco! Upon your arrival in Morocco, you will be taken to a hotel located in the city center. You can enjoy your first evening on Djemaa El Fna square, which is bustling with life.

    Starting from Marrakech in the morning, your experience will lead you to a breathtaking landscape, that of Imin-Oughland, in the Atlas Mountains, which will be the starting point of the trekking adventure. It is there that you will meet the team, including the cooks, who will ride sturdy mules to accompany you for the next five days. The highest mountain range in North Africa, the Atlas, with several 4000 m peaks, offers amazing panoramic views. The Tizi-n-Tach pass offers a winding path, ideal for a lunch break. After lunch, you will head to Tizi Oussem, a valley of remarkable pictorial value. You will spend the night in one of the rustic Berber houses.

    This day will take you to the Tiziane valley, trekking along the river to reach Azib Tamsolute and passing by Berber goat herders, walnut groves, and cultivated fields along the way. Before crossing the Aglzim passes, stop to visit the waterfall on the trail, to enjoy the beauty of the landscape.

    The rugged terrain can make hiking uncomfortable, but the magnificent landscapes make up for it. You will reach the Toubkal refuge to spend the night there, which is the last resting point before starting the ascent to the summit of Toubkal. Several other trekkers will keep you company here.

    Toubkal, being the highest peak in North Africa, it is important to start early in order to reach the summit before noon. The route is simple, but the steep slopes make the hike difficult. At the summit, rest and have your lunch. From there, you will have a panoramic view of the Atlas. You will need to return to the starting point to spend the night in the village of Timlilte.

    Toubkal Summit! -- The descent

    Toubkal Summit! -- The Descent

    This morning, you will begin the last stage of our trek. You will make a steep descent on rocky paths, through almond trees and floodplains. On the way down, you will pass through the small village of Sidi Chamharouche, with its Muslim sanctuary, as well as the village of Aroumd. After lunch, it will be time to say goodbye to your trekking team and return to Marrakech. You will be back in time for dinner, as well as for some well-deserved rest and relaxation!

    Take advantage of your free day to discover Marrakech and its exotic sites, including its architectural beauty, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the world-renowned central square, Djemaa el-Fna. The spicy and colorful aromas, snake charmers, fortune tellers, and merchants are all part of this square.
