• day 1

  Arrival in Buenos Aires

  

  Private transfer from the international airport to your hotel. Once at the hotel, we will welcome you and give you your travel booklet. Afternoon orientation with a 2-hour private guided walking tour of the historic center and San Telmo, with a French-speaking guide. Overnight stay in a double room with private bathroom and breakfast included.

  Guided tour of Buenos Aires

  4h private guided tour by car with a French-speaking guide. Places visited: la Boca (Caminito), Recoleta and its cemetery, Puerto Madero and Palermo.   Aconcagua

  

  Group excursion with a bilingual guide to Aconcagua Park, including a one-hour scenic walk to a viewpoint of the highest peak in South America. Several stops along the way, including a stop at Puente de los Incas. Lunch included. Entrance to the provincial park not included. Overnight stay in a guesthouse with a private bathroom, access to an outdoor pool, and breakfast included.

  Visit of family wineries

  Semi-private tour. Guided visit of three family-owned wineries by their bilingual owners in the Luján de Cuyo region. Wine tasting included at each winery and barbecue lunch accompanied by one of the winery owners. Overnight stay in a guest room with private bathroom, access to an outdoor pool, and breakfast included.

  Direction Salta

  

  Free morning to visit the small town of Mendoza. • day 6

  Salinas Grandes

  Small group excursion with a bilingual Spanish/English guide, heading to the Salinas Grandes, a salt desert located on a high plateau at 3,550 m altitude. Visit on the way to Purmamarca and its seven-colored mountain, the Cuesta del Lipán and the Abra del Potrerillo (4,150 m). Double room in a hosteria in Tilcara with private bathroom and breakfast.

• day 7

  El Hornocal: the mountain of 14 colors

  Bus transfer to Humahuaca included. Free visit of the small town with adobe houses. Your local driver will take you to Cerro Hornocal, a mountain with sedimentary layers of 14 different colors. Transfer to a mountain hosteria where you will spend a night cut off from time with exceptional hosts. Double room with private bathroom and breakfast included.

• day 8

  Iruya

  Day with a private driver heading to Iruya, a small village that feels like it is at the end of the world. Night at the mountain hosteria: double room with private bathroom and breakfast.

• day 9

  Visit to a high-altitude cellar

  Semi-private 4x4 tour with the owners of the hosteria. Visit of their high-altitude wine cellar, set up in an old mine, and tour of the vineyard. Picnic aperitif prepared with local products to be enjoyed in front of a breathtaking view of the Quebrada de Humahuaca. Return transfer to Salta by bus. Double room in a homestay with private bathroom and breakfast.

• day 10

  Salta - Cachi

  Car rental for 2.5 days included with basic insurance. Possibility to upgrade for a private tour with guide/driver (at extra cost). Explore the road to Cachi at your own pace, with several viewpoints along the way offering breathtaking landscapes. Night in a hosteria: double room with private bathroom and breakfast.

  Cachi - Cafayate

  

  Self-drive tour. At Molinos, it is possible to plan a small detour to visit the beautiful Colomé winery. Night in a hosteria: double room with private bathroom and breakfast.

• day 12

  Cafayate - Quebrada de las Conchas - Salta - Iguazú

  Self-drive tour from Cafayate to Salta, visiting the magnificent Quebrada de las Conchas along the way. You will leave the car at the airport before your flight to Iguazu (not included). Private transfer: Iguazu airport - accommodation Night in a small hotel with pool: double room with private bathroom and breakfast.

• day 13

  Iguazu Falls Argentine side

  Discovery day on the Argentine side of the falls with a private French-speaking guide and driver. You will explore the lower and upper circuits and the Devil's Throat. Entrance to the national park not included. Possibility to take a zodiac tour at the foot of the falls (at extra cost).   Iguazu Falls, Brazilian side

  

  Visit to the national park on the Brazilian side with a private French-speaking guide and driver. Entrance to the national park not included.   Discovery of the Tigre Delta by zodiac and tango show.

  You will discover the Tigre Delta, whose area is the size of Belgium, off the beaten path, with a private French-speaking guide. Discover the lifestyle of the locals living on the islands, the hidden rivers with varied vegetation, as well as the new islands with native vegetation. Lunch break in a local restaurant on an island (not included). Round-trip transfer by train from Buenos Aires, 1h (not included). Evening tango dinner-show with live orchestra and top-level dancers.
