    Arrival Santo Domingo Airport

    Upon your arrival at Santo Domingo airport, you will be greeted and then transferred by your private driver to your hotel located in the heart of the Colonial Zone, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Check-in to your room and discover the surroundings. If you arrive at the hotel before 7:30 pm, dinner is provided on site to start your stay in the best conditions.

    After your breakfast, your private guide will pick you up directly at the hotel for a full day discovering the Dominican capital. You start with the natural site of Tres Ojos, a unique set of caves and lagoons with amazing colors. Then, head to the Colonial Zone, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with a visit to its historic streets and the first cathedral of the New World. Lunch is included in a restaurant in the old town, to taste Dominican flavors. In the afternoon, you enjoy an amazing panoramic view thanks to the cable car, an original experience allowing you to observe the city from a different angle. Return to your hotel around 4pm. Dinner is free, a great opportunity to enjoy the warm and Caribbean atmosphere of the Colonial Zone.

    After your breakfast, your private driver will take you to the wild South towards the spectacular Bahía de las Águilas. The drive takes about 5 hours, punctuated by varied landscapes and stunning panoramas. You will arrive around 2 p.m., just in time for a meal organized on the beach, ideal for immediately enjoying the unique atmosphere of this preserved place. You will then settle into your comfortable ecolodge, with an authentic atmosphere and located just a few steps from the Caribbean Sea. The afternoon unfolds in complete tranquility: swimming, beach, relaxation... A perfect moment to settle down in this exceptional setting, far from the crowds.     After your breakfast, you set sail around 10am on board a typical fast boat, privatized especially for you, heading towards the mythical Bahía de las Águilas. The navigation follows the coasts and the impressive cliffs of Pedernales, offering a rare and grandiose natural spectacle. You then land on a privileged and isolated spot of the beach, a true little paradise still preserved, where everything is set up for your comfort: parasols, deckchairs, and a private space just for you. A buffet is organized directly on the beach, featuring fresh seafood, so you can enjoy a gourmet break facing an absolutely splendid turquoise sea. The afternoon unfolds at your own pace: snorkeling, sunbathing, swimming, relaxing... You freely enjoy this beach ranked among the most beautiful in the Caribbean. Your return is at the time of your choice (no later than around 5pm). In the evening, a dinner is organized in a nearby restaurant, to end this exceptional day in a calm and natural atmosphere.

    After your breakfast, you proceed to check-out before getting back on the road to Barahona with your private driver. Allow about 2 hours of travel time, giving you the opportunity to admire the changing landscapes of the Dominican South. On the way, stop at Villa Miriam, an exceptional natural site made up of small waterfalls and turquoise pools where you can swim in naturally cool water. A lunch featuring fresh fish is planned on site, in an exotic and lush setting. Whenever you wish, you head to your new accommodation, a 3★ hotel in the region where you will be settled in a junior suite with a sea view.     After your breakfast, your local guide will pick you up directly at your hotel for a day dedicated to discovering Larimar, the iconic semi-precious stone of Barahona, unique in the world. You will start at Barahona beach, where the first historical traces of this incredible blue stone can be found. Your guide will explain its volcanic origin, its composition, and why it cannot be found anywhere else. You will then visit a local artisan, who will present their expertise and the traditional techniques for cutting and transforming Larimar. Next, you will stop by the Larimar museum to deepen your understanding of the history, geology, and culture surrounding this fascinating stone. Lunch is planned at Los Patos, facing the ocean, in a spectacular natural setting. After the meal, you will enjoy some swimming and relaxation time in one of the most beautiful coastal rivers in the country. Return to the hotel around 4 p.m., then dinner organized with the establishment to calmly enjoy your last evening in Barahona.

    Return to Santo Domingo airport

    After your breakfast, you enjoy your free morning, then proceed to check-out around noon. Depending on your flight schedule, it is possible to organize a lunch on site before departure for the airport, in order to enjoy one last time the privileged setting of Barahona. Your private driver then takes you to the Santo Domingo airport for your return flight, your mind filled with incredible images of the Dominican South and unforgettable memories.
