We will have the opportunity to explore, among others, one of the most famous historical sites on the planet: the Giza Plateau, where one of the seven wonders of the world is located. Departure for Luxor to discover the Valley of the Queens, the Valley of the Kings, the Luxor Temple, and the Karnak complex. The adventure continues in Esna, Edfu, Kom Ombo, Aswan, Alexandria, and Cairo to discover the respective attractions of these localities.

day 2
CairoBreakfast at the hotel, then departure for the visit of the Giza plateau. Exploration of the pyramid site: Khufu, the largest of the three, Khafre, and Menkaure, much smaller than its two sisters, but retaining its original casing at the base. Next to it stands the imposing Sphinx with a human head (57 m long), whose mission was to protect the entrance to the tomb from looters. Lunch at the restaurant, then departure for the visit of the famous National Museum, founded in 1857 by the French Egyptologist Auguste Mariette Pasha and transferred in 1902 to the current building. Dinner at leisure and overnight at the hotel.
day 3
Cairo – Alexandria – CairoBreakfast at the hotel. Departure by car for Alexandria (200 km), with a stop on the way to visit a Coptic monastery at Wadi El Natroun. Continue to Alexandria. Upon arrival, fish lunch, then an exterior view of the Qaitbay Fort. Visit of the catacombs, the largest Roman burial site in Egypt and the most important archaeological site in Alexandria. Then, discovery of the Library of Alexandria. Stroll in the gardens of the Montazah Palace, former seaside resort of the royal family. Return to Cairo. Dinner at leisure and overnight at the hotel.
day 4
Cairo - LuxorBreakfast at the hotel. Upon arrival, departure for the visit of Old Cairo, including the Coptic Museum, the 4th-century Hanging Church, the Abu Serga Church, and the Amr Mosque. Lunch at the restaurant, then transfer to Cairo airport for a flight to Luxor (1 hour flight). Dinner at leisure and overnight in Luxor.
day 5
Louxor (boarding must take place on a Monday, Thursday or Saturday).Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to the boat for check-in and boarding. Then departure for the visit of the Valley of the Kings, which has sixty-two tombs (visit of 3 tombs), and the Valley of the Queens, with its seventy-five tombs (visit of 2 tombs). You will also visit the Luxor Temple. Return on board. Dinner and first night on board.
day 6
Louxor - Esna - EdfuAfter breakfast, departure for the visit of the Karnak complex and the temple of Amon Ra, whose magnificence and scale are impressive. Lunch on board, followed by sailing to Esna and passing through the Esna lock. Continuing the navigation towards Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
day 7
Edfu - Kom Ombo - AswanBreakfast on board. Sailing to Edfu, followed by a visit to the temple of Edfu, dedicated to Horus, the "falcon-headed God." Two magnificent black granite statues flank the entrance to this temple, which is undoubtedly the best preserved in the country. Return on board and sailing to Kom Ombo. Then departure for the visit of Kom Ombo. This temple, dating from the Ptolemaic period, is dedicated both to the hawk god Haroeris and the crocodile god Sobek. After the visit, boarding to continue sailing towards Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.
day 8
Aswan(Optional) Early in the morning, excursion by car to the temples of Abu Simbel. Visit of the great temple built by Ramses II, followed by the discovery of the small temple dedicated to Queen Nefertari, built by her husband Ramses II and dedicated to the goddess Hathor. Return to Aswan. Breakfast on board, then free day. Lunch on board. Free afternoon. Dinner and overnight on board.
day 9
Aswan – CairoBreakfast on board, then disembarkation. You will then take a boat ride around Agikia Island, where the Philae Temple, dedicated to Isis, was relocated, before visiting the temple. Lunch in a typical restaurant. Then departure for a visit to the Aswan High Dam, built by Soviet engineers in 1960 and supplying electricity to the entire country, as well as the unfinished obelisk. Transfer to Aswan airport for a flight to Cairo (1h25 flight). Dinner at your leisure and overnight at the hotel near the airport.
