  HALF-DAY PROGRAM 9:30 am or 2:00 pm: Departure from La Croix-Valmer (departure possible from your residence in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez upon request and free of charge) with our comfortable Beyond The Wine van. Arrival at our first estate: a Cru Classé estate. The Crus Classés have existed since 1955 and there are only 18 in all of Provence. Here, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, we are lucky to host 3 of them, known worldwide. Open the doors of one of them, let's stop for a moment in the vineyards to get some additional information about the region, its historical and cultural context. Visit and tasting of 4 wines with food pairing. Introduction to the secrets of winemaking and sensory analysis during the tasting. To finish, we will visit an estate producing organic wines. Complete explanation of organic methods and visit of the estate. Tasting of 4 wines. Return to La Croix-Valmer or to your place of residence. Possibility to modify the tour according to your expectations (2 organic estates, 2 family estates, etc.).
