It is the birthplace of climbing in Colombia and the hotspot for the sport due to the quantity, variety, and quality of its routes. Suesca's surprisingly rocky hard sandstone wall has more than 300 routes ranging from French 4 to 8b+ and has everything from slabs to roofs and splitter cracks to huecos. The highest part of the wall is 130 meters high and is climbed in four pitches. In addition to its long non-bolted lines, Suesca also has a large collection of single-pitch sport routes.
