A morning arrival & transfer to Lake Mburo National ParkIn the morning, our driver-guide will pick you up from Entebbe Airport and transfer you to Lake Mburo National Park, enjoying the scenic Ugandan countryside along the way. Dinner and overnight will be at Leopard Rest Camp.

Lake Mburo Activities & Transfer to Lake BunyonyiAfter breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive or cycling safari in Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda’s smallest park, renowned for its diverse habitats of lakes, swamps, and woodlands. These ecosystems support unique wildlife, including Burchell's zebras and impalas, found in few other Ugandan parks. Visitors can also spot buffaloes, hippos, leopards, and hundreds of bird species, while enjoying activities such as boat trips, horseback riding, mountain biking, and guided nature walks. After your safari adventure, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi (approx. 4 hours), arriving in time for dinner and overnight at Keije Resort or Kyahugye Island.

Lake Bunyonyi Boat Ride & Leisure ActivitiesAfter breakfast, enjoy a canoe dugout or engine boat ride along Lake Bunyonyi, taking in the stunning scenery of lush green hills and 29 scattered islands, including the historically significant Punishment Island. Known as the “Place of Many Little Birds,” Lake Bunyonyi is one of Africa’s deepest freshwater lakes, formed by ancient lava flows. Depending on your interests, you can also enjoy swimming, bird watching, or simply relaxing by the lakeside. Dinner and your second night will be spent at Keije Resort or Kyahugye Island.

Transfer to Mgahinga National Park via Echuya ForestAfter breakfast, transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in the morning, stopping at Echuya Forest for a Batwa community visit. Learn about the traditions, culture, and history of the Batwa people, one of Uganda’s indigenous communities. Continue your journey through scenic landscapes toward Mgahinga National Park, arriving in time for dinner and overnight at your Ikkaze Hotel or Travelers Rest.

Gorilla Trekking in Mgahinga National ParkAt 6 am, you will embark on an unforgettable gorilla trekking adventure in the lush bamboo and montane forests of Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, part of the scenic Virunga Volcanoes. After a morning briefing, experienced rangers will guide you through misty trails in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. The trek typically lasts 4–6 hours, depending on the gorillas’ location, and offers opportunities to spot other wildlife and rare bird species. Once located, you’ll spend a full hour in the company of these gentle giants, observing their social behaviors and capturing memories through photography. Mgahinga provides an intimate, less-crowded experience compared to other gorilla trekking sites, making it a truly once-in-a-lifetime encounter. 2nd night at Ikaze Hotel or Travelers Rest

Kisoro Coffee ExperienceAfter breakfast, head into Kisoro town for a hands-on coffee tour. Visit a local farm to see how beans are grown, harvested, and processed. Then, join in roasting, grinding, and brewing your own cup while learning about coffee’s role in the region’s culture and economy. A local lunch is included in the package; however, if you prefer something different, you can opt for lunch at The German Grandmother’s Coffee Pot in Kisoro town center. Dinner and overnight at your Kisoro lodge.

Transfer to Ishasha – Queen Elizabeth National ParkAfter breakfast, enjoy a morning transfer from Kisoro to the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, a scenic drive through the southwestern countryside. Arrive in time to relax and, if desired, take an optional afternoon or evening game drive to look for the famous tree-climbing lions, elephants, and other wildlife. Dinner and overnight at Ishasha Pride Lodge.

A morning transfer to Queen Elizabeth NorthAfter breakfast, you will take a 2-3 hour drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park – Northern Sector (Kazinga/Kasenyi side). At 11 a.m., you will enjoy a boat ride along the Kazinga Channel. Located in western Uganda, the park’s northern area stretches around the Kazinga Channel and Kasenyi Plains. It is famous for its wide savannahs, rich wildlife—including elephants, lions, buffalo, and numerous antelope—and exceptional birdlife along the water. If time allows, you will also enjoy an evening game drive in Kasenyi. A boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel offers close views of hippos, crocodiles, and water birds. Dinner and overnight at Bush Lodge.

Morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth NP – Kibale ForestEarly morning: Game drive in the northern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Late morning/afternoon: Continue to Kibale National Park, with an optional 2-hour walk to explore Mahoma Falls and the crater lakes. Evening: Overnight at Kibale Forest Lodge.

Morning chimp trek & Bigodi Swamp walkAfter an early breakfast, report to Kibale National Park headquarters for a briefing by the ranger guide. Set out on foot through the lush tropical forest in search of habituated chimpanzee families. As you track, listen for their calls and watch for red colobus monkeys, black-and-white colobus, and colorful birds. Once located, spend up to one unforgettable hour observing the chimps’ playful behavior, feeding, and grooming rituals. Afternoon – Bigodi Community & Wetland Walk: After lunch, head to the nearby Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a guided nature and community walk. This 2–3 hour excursion winds through papyrus swamps and boardwalks, offering excellent bird-watching (including the great blue turaco), encounters with butterflies, and insight into local village life and conservation projects. Evening: Return to your lodge in time to relax and enjoy dinner, surrounded by the sounds of the forest.

Morning transfer to Murchison Falls NP via MparoAfter an early breakfast, begin your scenic drive north toward Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and oldest protected area. En route, make a cultural stop at Mparo Royal Tombs, the historical burial site of the Bunyoro kings and an important heritage center. Here, you’ll learn about the rich traditions, legends, and history of the Bunyoro Kingdom from a local guide. Continue through the picturesque tea plantations and savannah landscapes before arriving at the park gate in time to check in at your lodge and relax as you prepare for the next day’s wildlife adventures. If time allows, you will pass via the top of the falls. Dinner and overnight at Fort Murchison Nature Lodge.

Morning game drive, 11 am boat trip, and transfer to Ziwa RhinoMorning game in the savanna, followed by a boat ride at 11 am to the bottom of the falls, and then a drive south to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the only place in Uganda where you can track wild white rhinos on foot. Enjoy a scenic journey through the savanna and rural villages before arriving for a guided walking safari to observe these endangered giants in their natural habitat. Later, you will have lunch, dinner, and overnight at Ziwa Hotel.

Morning transfer to EntebbeAfter breakfast, you will drive to Entebbe, which takes 5-6 hours, to your choice of accommodation at Viavia Hotel. Have a lunch break on the way and relax at the hotel in the evening.

Entebbe Botanical Gardens & Anderita BeachAfter breakfast at Viavia Hotel, take a relaxed visit to the Entebbe Botanical Gardens, a peaceful lakeside park known for its lush tropical plants, birds, and playful monkeys. Later, enjoy a leisurely lunch of fresh fish or pizza at Anderita Beach on the shores of Lake Victoria as you unwind and wait for your flight back home. End trip
