Settled in a charming agricultural estate, in the midst of orange, lemon, and olive trees, just a few minutes from the sea and at the foot of the Madonie Regional Park, we invite you to build your hiking and discovery excursions together: Cefalù, Caccamo, the Madonie Regional Park, the largest area preserving Sicilian traditions, but also the cultural and natural treasures of the north coast of Sicily to explore on foot.

day 1
Arrival in Palermo
Arrival at the airport, welcome and check-in at the accommodation. You can take advantage of your free time to go for a walk in the village of Lascari and on the beautiful beaches. Dinner and overnight stay.
day 2
Cefalù, the Temple of Diana and Grateri
4h hiking day - 300 m Discovery of the picturesque village of Cefalù. Starting from the bay and its golden beaches, cross an ancient village built on a rocky massif. Discover the medieval alleys, the washhouse, the Arab-Norman cathedral. Climb the promontory overlooking the village to reach the Greek remains of the Temple of Diana and enjoy a first breathtaking panorama.

Madonie Regional Park and Pizzo Carbonara
Hiking day 6h – 500 m elevation gain Excursion to the peaks of the Madonie. We will pass at sea level, you will see citrus crops, terraces of olive trees, chestnut trees, then beeches and firs up to the bare mountains of Pizzo Carbonara and Piano Battaglia. The walk will be slow and contemplative, giving us the opportunity to observe the ecosystem, but also to admire a spectacular panorama of the Tyrrhenian Sea... We will go back down, stopping at a farm that makes the famous ricotta. Come and taste fresh ricotta.
day 4
Palermo and Monte Pellegrino
3 h hiking day – 400 m A day combining cultural discovery and a sporty walk. We will devote a large part of the day to discovering Palermo in the company of a tour guide, with 2 to 3 h of "urban hiking" around the most beautiful buildings, witnesses to 2000 years of invasions and overlapping civilizations. After a free lunch at the markets, we will then cross the large city parks to reach Monte Pellegrino, the rock that overlooks the Gulf of Palermo and houses the sanctuary of Santa Rosalia.

Caccamo and Monte San Calogero
Adapted hiking day from 6 am to 8 am, 700 m elevation gain Depending on the level of the group. Excursion in the hinterland around the San Calogero mountain nature reserve. On little-known trails, we will alternate between discovering the remains of holy places, hermitages, visiting the splendid castle of Caccamo, and views of the peaks of the coastal landscapes, from Cefalù to the Solunto peninsula…
day 6
Solunto and Porticello
Half-day hike 3 h – 400 m elevation gain Excursion around the fishing port of Porticello, which supplies fish to the markets of Palermo. Mount Solunto, which juts out into the sea like an outpost, was the first city occupied by the Greeks before the creation of Palermo. The archaeological site, little known to mass tourism, reveals the remains of a city that rival those of ancient Greece... We will be able to enjoy a final panorama of the Gulf of Palermo up to the first hills of Calabria.

Free day or optional excursion.
You can take advantage of this day to relax in the beautiful setting of your accommodation or on the beaches of Lascari and Cefalù.
