  Arrival in Malé.

  

  You will take a flight to Malé where you will have dinner and spend the night on board. You will be warmly welcomed by the staff of Medhufushi Island Resort, who will give you the keys to your villa and offer you a welcome cocktail in the seaplane boarding lounge (flight duration: 40 minutes) that will take you to the resort. Splendid journey over the atolls and their shades of blue, you will be able to admire the Meemu atoll.

  Whether you are sporty, adventurous, or determined to do nothing at all, we have compiled a list of our favorite activities. Newlyweds will receive a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Diving in an enchanting atoll: the Werner Lau diving center offers (for an additional fee) diving excursions. Whatever your level, they will recommend a suitable site: coral reef, fault, giri... You will encounter manta rays being cleaned, whale sharks, surgeonfish, sea turtles... All the aquatic diversity of the Maldives is concentrated in the Meemu atoll. You can discover it by scuba diving, but also by snorkeling.

  Set sail for the open sea! Thrill-seekers will be delighted: the atoll has several perfect spots for surfing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing. For those who prefer less acrobatic activities, we suggest kayaking, canoeing, or catamaran trips... A great opportunity to discover new shores! You can rent the necessary equipment at the hotel's water sports center. We also invite you to head out to sea: big game fishing, dolphin watching, romantic cruises, exploring other atolls... The open sea will give you the feeling of being alone in the world and promises many discoveries.

  For a sensory awakening, the Medhufushi spa offers you a hot stone massage. An Ayurvedic treatment? Whatever your desire, you will be delighted by the Medhufushi spa, which draws from all therapeutic traditions. The hotel's signature treatment is proof: the Fusion massage alternates five techniques from different cultures. 90 minutes of bliss! You can enjoy treatments as a couple: the spa provides duo cabins, which open directly onto the sparkling waters of the atoll.

  The "Water villas" are perched over the lagoon. The style of the Water villas skillfully blends exoticism and contemporary lines. The bed, backed by a large wooden panel, faces the bay window. At the back, a beautiful full bathroom, with a dressing table, 2 white basins on a wooden and black stone console, attractive designer faucets, a large shower cabin, and a bathtub for 2. Note that a sliding door opens onto the bedroom, allowing you to enjoy the view of the lagoon from your bath. Separate toilets behind a frosted glass door. The standard equipment is complemented by a Nespresso coffee machine. The large terrace features teak wood loungers and table, as well as the famous swing. On either side of the terrace, wooden curtains preserve privacy. However, if you stand at the end of the terrace, you may catch a glimpse of the neighboring terraces. The architect chose a linear layout for the Water Villas. Having visited many islands in the Maldives (it's not an easy job!), this layout is not the most suitable in this category... You know how picky we are! The services are of excellent quality. Access to the water by a wooden staircase. Restaurants: Facing the lagoon and on the edge of the pool, a main "feet in the sand" restaurant. The "Malaafaiy" offers generous buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  You can watch the fish while enjoying a cocktail, accompanied by light cuisine and snacks. Private dinners at the location of your choice can also be arranged (at an additional cost). A swimming pool with deckchairs, canoes, beach volleyball, table tennis, board games, and a fitness room with all the necessary equipment for fun are at your disposal.

  The Medhufushi Island Resort hotel offers (free) boat trips to the coral reef for unforgettable snorkeling sessions (1 trip per day, 6 days a week).
