This journey into the heart of Norway combines the historic charm of Bergen’s colorful quays with the natural power of Eidfjord, famous for its Vøringsfossen waterfall. Between deep fjords and steep mountains, you will also discover Voss, a true hub of adventure, ideal for hiking or paragliding. This tour offers a spectacular condensed experience of Scandinavian landscapes, combining contemplative serenity and thrills, amid UNESCO-listed panoramas.

from day 1 to day 3
The Ascent to the Kingdom of Trolls
Pick up your car and put down your suitcases at Scandic Ørnen. Head straight to: the Fløibanen funicular. The steep climb captivates the children. At the top, enjoy the huge wooden playground and look for the trolls hidden in the forest. Head back down for a stroll along the port of Bryggen and its creaking wooden houses. Finish with a tasting of fresh fish cakes at the market, a specialty the children love. A gentle day to acclimatize without driving too much.

The Expedition to the Apple Fjord
It’s departure for the Hardangerfjord (2h15 drive). First “wow” stop at the Steinsdalsfossen waterfall: the path goes straight behind the curtain of water! It’s the giants’ shower, but you stay dry. Continue along the fjord, whose landscapes inspired Frozen. Calm settles in: you are finally in the heart of wild Norway, where time stands still.

Voss, the balcony of the Norwegian Alps
During your two days on site, you can alternate between contemplation and thrills. Gain some height with the cable car (Voss Gondol) — optional — to explore the trails of Mount Hanguren, or go admire the Tvindefossen waterfall. Lake Vangsvatnet is perfectly suited to a peaceful end of the day, between a cultural walk to the medieval church and relaxing by the water.
