Beijing: Arrival - Transfer - Nanluoguxiang - Tian’anmen SquareArrival in Beijing, welcome at the airport by your driver and transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel (a sign with your name will be used). Stroll in the Temple of Heaven, where the emperor used to pray for good harvests. This is an opportunity to discover local life through folk dance, singing, and gymnastics. Wander through the old Beijing city, in the ancient districts. With your guide, discover one of the ten most beautiful Hutongs in Beijing: Yandai Xiejie. Explore as you wish, either on foot, by bike, or by rickshaw. Walk along Wangfujing Street, the largest shopping center in Beijing. Overnight at the hotel.

Great Wall - Sacred Way - Ming TombMeet at the hotel for departure. Day excursion to the Mutianyu Great Wall (bring good shoes), much less crowded than Badaling or Juyongguan. In addition, it is equipped with a cable car and a toboggan (to be paid on site, at your own expense), which makes it suitable for both elderly people and young people. After the Great Wall, a journey of about 1h15 to visit one of the Thirteen Tombs of the Ming emperors: the Changling Tomb. Then, visit the "Sacred Way," lined with guardian animal statues leading to the entrance. Return to the hotel.

Tian’anmen Square - Forbidden City - Summer Palace - Taiji classesMeet at the hotel. Visit Tian'anmen Square, the largest square in the world, emblem of New China. Then, visit the Forbidden City, also called the "Imperial Palace". Especially, our guide will accompany you through the museum of imperial treasures: a relatively quiet corner of this city, where you will discover immense jade sculptures, golden stupas, etc. In the afternoon, excursion to the Summer Palace and its imperial garden. It is considered the "Versailles Castle of China". Climb up to the Pavilion of the Fragrant Buddha. Taiji class with a master at Coal Hill.
