Relaxation in Zanzibar

Zanzibar, discover this 6-day trip

Trip Description

Zanzibar is a Tanzanian archipelago located off the coast of East Africa. On its main island, Unguja, commonly known as Zanzibar, is Stone Town, a historic trading center with Swahili and Islamic influences. The name alone evokes images of spice markets, palm-fringed beaches, and white balls on a turquoise sea – and fortunately, the reality does not disappoint. Located a short distance from the Tanzanian coast, but at the crossroads of Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, Zanzibar has long been at the heart of the Indian Ocean experience in East Africa. Holidays in Zanzibar are a quintessential sensory experience. Take spice tours, taste local dishes, and stroll through the cobbled streets of the old Stone Town, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its colorful markets and local flavors. And then, of course, there are the beaches of Zanzibar: perfect for anyone who simply wants to enjoy a holiday on luxurious and peaceful beaches. Zanzibar and its surrounding islands are home to some of the most beautiful beaches in East Africa, as well as a number of its best diving sites.
