If you arrive earlier or later, you can take a regular bus; there is a stop in front of the hotel. If you arrive by car, you can also go directly to the hotel. Thursday, December 31: Giens Peninsula - La Madrague - Niel Bay - Special New Year's Eve DinnerTour of the Giens peninsula from the small fishing port of La Madrague to the charming port of Niel, passing by the Arboussière cove. The route is varied: sometimes it overlooks the sea, 50 to 100 m above it, sometimes it runs alongside it. The views over Porquerolles and the orange-tinted points of the peninsula up to Pointe des Salis are magnificent. You will discover the charming little port of Niel. Special "New Year's Eve" dinner. Walking time: about 5 hours. Positive elevation gain: + 400 m. Negative elevation loss: - 400 m. Accommodation: 3-star hotel with SPA area. Friday, January 1st: Port-Cros IslandBoat transfer to the island of Port Cros, the first marine National Park in Europe since 1963, with its 690 hectares of light, its myrtle and heather woods, its deep forest and its springs. The port is picturesque, the waters crystal clear; it is the most mountainous of the Golden Islands, peaking at 196 meters at Mount Vinaigre. Discovery via Port Man and the ridges. A very exotic walk, which seems out of time. Return to the port of Hyères. In case of rough seas, it is possible to go instead to Porquerolles. Walking time: about 5 hours.
