• day 1

  OKAVANGO DELTA

  Upon your arrival at JHB O. Tambo airport, proceed to the Air Botswana or Airlink Desk for your flight to Maun. Upon arrival in Maun, you will be greeted by our representative, who will assist you with your light aircraft flight to the Moremi crossing camp or the lodge of your choice in the Okavango Delta. The Okavango Delta is the largest inland delta in the world and is often considered a natural wonder. A labyrinth of sparkling lagoons, winding channels, and islands teeming with wildlife, Botswana's Okavango Delta is a true gem in the heart of the Kalahari Desert. Known as the river that never finds the sea, the delta's crystal-clear channels stretch across the thirsty lands of the Kalahari, with their papyrus-lined banks and fertile floating islands. Guided excursions in a dugout canoe (mokoro) take you to the heart of the delta, on foot, by boat, or in a local canoe. Your accommodation is in a luxurious permanent camp, with a private bathroom, built on an elevated wooden platform, with hot and cold running water, flush toilets, beds, tasteful bedding and furniture. Spend two nights at the camp in the Okavango Delta, where all meals, tea, coffee, daily safaris, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included, except for premium brands, certain champagnes, etc.

  CHOBE NATIONAL PARK

  After breakfast, you will take a light aircraft flight to Kasane airport. Our representative will welcome you and take you to Chobe Bush Lodge or the lodge of your choice, located in northern Botswana. The Chobe River forms the northern border of the country. Chobe National Park is flanked to the southwest by the Okavango Delta and the Moremi Game Reserve. To the south of the Chobe River are flat floodplains that form a vast expanse of open grasslands and forests. A myriad of pools and waterholes dot the plains. The Chobe River and its floodplains are an irresistible attraction for wildlife, which gathers there during the dry season. Vast herds of elephants abound, with between 500 and 5,000 elephants frequently observed on the floodplains. Watching elephant families drink and bathe in the river is an unforgettable sight, made all the more impressive by the presence of herds of buffalo, rafts of hippos, and giant Nile crocodiles as part of the scene. Lion and spotted hyena are frequently seen on the floodplains, where red lechwe, puku, zebra, and roan antelope come to graze. Spend two nights at Chobe Bush Lodge on a half-board basis (dinner and breakfast). Accommodation is in luxurious and modern rooms with private bathrooms. Your stay will include a sunset boat cruise and a full day game drive in Chobe with picnic lunch.

  VICTORIA FALLS

  After breakfast, you will be driven to Victoria Falls, in neighboring Zimbabwe, with a stop at customs and immigration along the way. Arrival at Victoria Falls. The small town of Victoria Falls claims the title of Africa's adrenaline capital, combining its spectacular scenery with an apparently endless variety of adventure sports, ranging from bungee jumping to canoeing and white-water rafting. Our driver-guide will take you directly to the entrance of the rainforest (entry fee of $30 to be paid directly at the gate). Two hours of walking in the nature reserve are planned; our guide will wait for you and then take you for lunch at the Victoria Falls Hotel. Lunch c/o guests. At 2:00 pm, you resume the tour and discover the David Livingstone Tree. You can also book other activities; our team will be happy to help you organize them. Victoria Falls is a huge curtain of water that leaps over steep cliffs into the dizzying drop of Batoka Falls. Steeped in legend, romance, and myth, long before the Scottish missionary and explorer David Livingstone "discovered" the falls in 1855, the Batonga people called them Mosi-oa-Tunya, "the smoke that thunders." In addition to its exceptional scenery, Victoria Falls has a rich historical heritage, including the historic Victoria Falls Bridge, commissioned by Cecil John Rhodes as part of his dream to build a railway across Africa, from Cape to Cairo. Spend two nights at Ilala Lodge or the Victoria Falls Hotel, in bed and breakfast only. Ilala Lodge is ideally located near Victoria Falls, just a few minutes' walk from the falls and the city center. Wild animals often graze on the hotel's lawns, and guests at the restaurant can see and hear the majestic roar of "the smoke that thunders" in the background of the fine cuisine at the Palm Restaurant.

  JOHANNESBURG

  You will be taken to Victoria Falls International Airport. Your JHB flight will depart in the late morning. Once you arrive, the vehicle will be waiting to take you to the Safari Club SA, located in Kempton, at the guest rooms.

• day 8

  MPUMALANGA PANORAMA ROUTE / HAZYVIEW

  After breakfast, you will leave with our guide for Hazyview, en route to Kruger Sabi Sands. On this journey, you will tour the famous Panorama Route of Mpumalanga, known for its cultural heritage and spectacular landscapes. Offering a wide range of exciting options for visitors, the Panorama Route hosts some of the country's best adrenaline adventures, as well as more peaceful pastimes. One of the major highlights of the region is the Blyde River Canyon reserve, which is home to spectacular wildlife and birds, as well as some of the most beautiful views in South Africa. The Blyde River Canyon is the third largest canyon of its kind in the world. The exquisite waterfalls of Graskop and Sabie, the Echo Caves that bear witness to powerful African tribes such as the Pedi, Mapulane, and Swazi, the trails left by the Voortrekkers in regions such as Lydenburg and Ohrigstad, the ancient artistic imprints left by the indigenous peoples of Africa, and the gold rush territory, Pilgrim's Rest, where the first gold prospectors can be found. Light lunch, overnight at the Hippo Hollow property, dinner and breakfast.

  KRUGER SABI SANDS

  After breakfast, A vehicle will be waiting for you to take you to Kruger Sabi Sands. The Sabi Sand Reserve, which borders Kruger National Park, consists of a number of private lodges, each with a different atmosphere. A visit to the area guarantees you an unforgettable experience of the African bush. With no fences between the farms (or between them and Kruger Park), animals roam over vast stretches of grassland, just as they did years ago. With one of the richest game populations in the country, the chances of seeing the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, and rhinoceros) are excellent. The reserve is also home to a host of other animals, but beware: there is a good chance that a single visit to the area will make you want to come back for more! Spend two nights at Nkorho Bush Lodge, Cheetah Plains, or at the camp of your choice in the Sabi Sand reserve. Explore the bush on game drives, with two outings per day, venturing out in search of the Big Five as well as a host of other fascinating creatures. Sabi Sand is particularly well known for sightings of the normally elusive leopard, so be sure to keep an eye out for this graceful and elegant cat. The early morning safari leaves shortly after dawn, and the mysteries of the bush unfold before you. Your experienced ranger and team of trackers will discuss what you hope to see before the trip and will do their best to find all your favorite animals.

  DEPARTURE

  After breakfast, transfer to Hoedspruit airport for a direct flight to JHB O. Tambo International Airport, where your adventure with us will end.
