    Arrival on Gironde lands Gourmet break facing the vineyards Private tasting tour at Château La Gaffelière Château La Gaffelière first evokes a great wine, 1st Grand Cru Classé since the origin of the Saint-Émilion classification in 1959. The vine has been present on the lands of Château La Gaffelière since the Gallo-Roman era, as evidenced by numerous mosaics discovered by Count Léo de Malet Roquefort in 969. Dinner at L’Envers du Décor The first historic wine bar in Saint-Émilion, L’Envers du Décor was founded in 1987 by François des Ligneris and taken over in February 2017 by the Perse family, owners of Château Pavie and the Hostellerie de Plaisance.
