day 1
Arrival in Martinique and check-in at your villa.Upon your arrival, you will pick up your rental car directly at the airport. Then, you head towards your rental house (40 min drive). Settle into your house, then relax. It is located in the heart of a still-operating distillery: the ideal place to discover the secrets and stories behind the making of Martinican rum, famous worldwide. The house has all the comforts for a great holiday with family or friends: 3 to 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 to 3 double bedrooms + one bedroom with 4 single bunk beds), beautifully decorated in a colonial style with lots of character, and 3 bathrooms.
day 2

day 3
Boat day discovering the islets!Today, a day on a private boat takes you to the islets of Le François. You make several stops in paradisiacal places, and the program can be adjusted according to your wishes at the moment. You swim in beautiful white sandbanks and lagoons with turquoise waters, notably in the famous Joséphine's bathtub. Lunch is planned on board. At the end of the afternoon, you return to your accommodation.
day 4
Heading north CaribbeanToday, we invite you to head to the extreme northwest of Martinique to discover its unspoiled and wild beaches, especially Anse Couleuvre. We recommend several typical restaurants in the region where you can stop for lunch. Don't miss a visit to the charming Carbet Zoo, especially if you are with children. The former capital of the island, Saint-Pierre, is also a must-see stop. This city was destroyed by the infamous eruption of Mount Pelée at the beginning of the 20th century. Several museums allow you to learn more about this tragedy and about how volcanoes work. After this busy day, you return to your accommodation for the night.

On the agenda: relaxation and swimming at Anse Dufour, Anse Noire, and Les Anses d'Arlet. Depending on your preferences and the age of the children, different hiking trails (ranging from 5 minutes to several hours of walking) are possible. Return to your rental house at the end of the afternoon.
