11 days of exploring, relaxing, and connecting in Albania on a small group adventure crafted especially for like-minded solo travelers
day 1
Rooftop Dinner
A welcome rooftop dinner in the heart of Tirana, the capital. The perfect group icebreaker.
day 2
Tirana Icons, Dajti Cable Car & Albanian Night

Start with Tirana’s essentials: Skanderbeg Square, Et’hem Bey Mosque, the color-splashed boulevards, plus a taste stop at the New Bazaar. Then glide up Dajti Mountain by cable car for a laid-back BBQ with skyline views (you can even help grill). After sunset, we dive into an Albanian Night with live music, dancing, and a playful crash course in local traditions that’s impossible not to smile through.
day 3
Berat’s Living Castle, Raki & Live Music
Berat feels like a film set, with white-windowed houses stacked over the river and stone lanes curling up to a living fortress. We explore both historic quarters, step inside the castle, and admire Onufri’s gilded icons. As the sky turns pink, we gather for raki pairings and local desserts to the sound of live music—light, melodic, and made for lingering conversation.
day 4
Gjirokastra Crafts & Polyphonic MagicDown in the “Stone City,” we meet a master carver and learn by doing. Everyone makes a small keepsake to carry home. After dinner, the room hushes for polyphonic singing—layered voices that feel ancient and electric at once. Rooftop cocktails afterward are purely optional, but tempting.
day 5
Benja Thermal Pools, Vjosa Rafting & Gliko with the Ladies
It’s a wellness-meets-wow kind of day in Permet. Warm mineral pools steam beneath a stone bridge, and the wild Vjosa offers optional rafting for thrill seekers. In town, local ladies welcome us into their kitchen for gliko, slow-simmered fruit “gems,” and easy storytelling. Back in Gjirokastra, we keep it mellow with a casual dinner and a fun, low-stakes group game.
day 6
Blue Eye, Butrint Ruins & Saranda at Sunset

We chase color today, from the Blue Eye’s surreal turquoise to Butrint’s green-ringed ruins, where Greeks, Romans, and Venetians left their marks. By evening, Saranda unfolds below as we dine at Lekursi Castle, with live music in the air and Corfu twinkling across the water. It’s an easy, feel-good night, perfect for swapping stories across the table.
day 7
Private Boat Day & Seafood Cooking Class

Our private boat skims over glassy water to beaches you can only reach by sea. Swim, sun, float, repeat—music on, phones down. Back in Saranda, we team up in a kitchen for a cheerful cooking class: market-fresh seafood, bright salads, and a sip of white wine. Dinner is the reward we share, and it tastes even better because we made it together.
day 8
Porto Palermo, Himara Vibes & Sunset Session
The coastal road north is pure postcard. We stop at Ali Pasha’s triangular fortress, then roll into Himara, a sandy bay with a relaxed, bohemian beat. Check in, hit the water, nap in the shade—your choice. As the day cools, we regroup for a beach bar sunset session: great playlists, easy conversation, and golden light that flatters every photo.
day 9
Dhermi, SUP to Gjipe & Fireside Night

We hop to Dhermi for a bright, blue-on-blue beach day. Feeling active? Paddle a SUP or kayak toward Gjipe Canyon’s wild cove. Feeling lazy? Claim a lounger and let the Ionian do its work. A short walk along a cliff path rewards you with a hidden swim spot. After dark, we circle a small beach fire—music low, stars high—and conversations that stretch in the best way.
day 10
Llogara Pass, Vlora Lungomare & Tirana FarewellMountains drop to the sea in a single sweeping view as we crest Llogara. Keep your eyes open for the park’s famously friendly deer. In Vlora, we stretch our legs along the seaside promenade, grab a gelato, and cruise north. Back in Tirana, it’s the finale: a relaxed farewell party with a DJ, clinking glasses, and a last dance or two. Numbers exchanged. Plans made.
day 11
Goodbyes & New BeginningsSleep in or chase one last espresso at your favorite café—your call. Airport transfers run on your schedule, and the trip group chat opens so the jokes, photos, and plans keep flowing. You came solo; you leave with a crew and a country you’ll want to return to.
