Your adventure begins in Luang Prabang, a former royal city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, where the golden roofs of temples mingle with the scent of incense and the laughter of children in the alleys. Between colorful markets, the Kuang Si waterfalls with their turquoise pools, sunsets over the Mekong, and monks’ ceremonies at dawn, the magic of Laos works from your very first steps. Then head towards the Nong Khiaw valley, a haven of nature surrounded by karst peaks, where you share a unique moment with the inhabitants of a remote village.
