• day 1

  Yangon – Arrival

  ♦ Arrival at Yangon International Airport. ♦ Welcome by our local guide and transfer to your hotel. ♦ In the afternoon, visit of Yangon's colonial-style downtown. ♦ Visit of the Sule Pagoda, walk around Mahabandoola Park, the colonial courthouse, and the city hall. ♦ After visiting the National Museum, discover the image of the reclining Buddha of Chaukhtatkyi and the Botahtaung Pagoda. ♦ Walk through the Bogyoke market and Chinatown. ♦ Your first day excursion will end with a visit to the Shwedagon Pagoda. ♦ Overnight at the hotel.

  Yangon-Bago-Yangon

  ♦ Breakfast ♦ Departure for Bago. ♦ Visit of a Shwemawdaw pagoda and Shwethalyaung. ♦ Visit of the well-restored Kambawzathadi palace of King Bayintnaung. ♦ Visit of a weaving and handicraft village of the Mon and of Bago. ♦ On the way back to Yangon, visit of the Allied War Cemetery. ♦ Arrival in Yangon, visit of the Kaba Aye pagoda, the Maha Pasana Guha cave and the Buddhist art museum. ♦ Night at the hotel.

  Yangon departure

  ♦ Breakfast ♦ Arrival in Syriam. ♦ Visit of the Kyaik-Khauk Pagoda and boat tour to the Kyaik-Mhawwun Yele Pagoda. ♦ Return to Yangon and transfer to the airport for international departure.
