Spiritual journey to Bali: yoga, purification, and reconnection at the heart of the Island of the Gods.

An initiatory journey between sacred rituals, authentic encounters, and wellness practices, for those who wish to reconnect with themselves... and with Bali.

What if you took a break? A real one. The kind that reconnects you to what matters, to what soothes, to what nourishes. This spiritual journey in Bali is not just a simple stay: it is a path. A moment suspended between earth, sky, and self. Here, you breathe differently. You listen. You slow down. Guided by Balinese gentleness and carried by ancestral practices, you enter a space of gentle transformation, between yoga, sacred rituals, and moments of full presence. No need to be flexible or mystical: you just need to be open. To yourself. To others. To the invisible. Welcome to the Island of the Gods... where it all begins.

Trip Description

This stay is much more than an escape to Bali. It is an inner journey as much as a journey to the ends of the earth. From Seseh to Uluwatu, passing through the misty mountains of Munduk and the vibrant energy of Ubud, each stage has been designed to slow down, settle, and reconnect. Between two sunrise yoga sessions, you will have genuine encounters: a priest purifies you in sacred waters, a grandmother introduces you to the secrets of plants, a healer reads you without you having to speak. Powerful, raw, authentic moments. You will learn to give rather than take by creating your own offerings, to release what weighs you down during a Melukat ritual, to dance life according to Balinese gestures, to receive the right touch of an ancestral massage. And because reconnection also happens through nature, you will walk barefoot to hidden waterfalls, stroll through rice fields, practice yoga facing the ocean, and experience a suspended moment with dolphins. A holistic, grounded, sincere journey. Where you laugh, where you meditate, where you are moved. Where you learn to stop doing, and start being.

Accomodation

Throughout your journey, you will stay in accommodations chosen for their tranquility and natural beauty. In Canggu, you will enjoy a peaceful haven with a garden, perfect for relaxation. In Munduk, bungalows with mountain views will offer you an immersion in nature. In Ubud, a hotel nestled in the middle of rice fields, where local life unfolds before you. Finally, in Uluwatu, a small hotel on the heights, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Every morning, a delicious breakfast will be waiting for you to start the day off right.

Stay program

  • day 1

    Land. Here. Now.

Welcome to Bali! After your transfer, no rush, just a moment to breathe and refocus. This arrival is an invitation to slow down, to make first contact with the essence of Bali, a bit like a suspended moment in The Power of Now.

  • day 2

The body as an entry point

Today, you come into contact with your body. A Balinese massage, deep, ancestral, to release what needs to be released. A slow and gentle yoga to feel every movement, every breath. Then a sound healing workshop, an immersion in healing vibrations, all by the ocean. A return to oneself, a path towards inner harmony to fully live your adventure.

  • day 3

    And if that was happiness?

    And if that was happiness?

Happiness does not reside in the destination, but in every moment lived with full awareness. Today, explore the landscapes of Munduk, where rice fields and waterfalls create an ideal backdrop to reconnect with the simplicity of nature. Between meditations and explorations in the heart of nature, you will discover that true happiness lies in the simplicity of the present moment, just like in The Man Who Wanted to Be Happy.

  • day 4

    Offerings and intentions

    Offerings and intentions
    Offerings and intentions

You are welcomed into a traditional Balinese house for a morning of exchange, sharing, and transmission. You are not given a "lesson"; instead, the doors to intimacy are opened for you: that of a daily life shaped by rituals and gratitude. You discover how offerings are made, those small gestures of intention placed each day in front of temples and all around Bali. You learn to prepare them with respect, your hands full of flowers and your mind attentive. In the afternoon, you will experience a purification ritual in a hidden temple, guided by a local priest. This private moment, far from the crowds, will be an opportunity to free yourself from negative energies and renew your spirit. The melukat, here, becomes much more than a simple ritual: it is a profound transformation, a spiritual reconnection.

  • day 5

The body, the breath and the water

The body, the breath and the water

After a breathtaking sunrise, start the day with a snorkeling session with dolphins, those magical creatures, followed by a swim in natural hot springs where you can recharge. In the afternoon, you will go to meditate in a Buddhist temple, a peaceful place conducive to meditation. Then, set off on an adventure with a trek through four magnificent waterfalls in Munduk, an immersive journey into the wild nature of Bali. This day reconnects you with the essential elements: water, earth, breath.

    Heal. Dance. Vibrate.
    Heal. Dance. Vibrate.

Today, we offer you an immersion into traditional healing practices. Take a yoga class in a peaceful place. Meet a Balinese healer: a Balian is one of the key steps of the journey. Like Julia Roberts in "Eat, Pray, Love", you will experience an essential healing moment to release blockages and rebalance your energy. It is a sacred ritual where spiritual energy is transformed into healing. In the afternoon, let go with an introduction to traditional Balinese dance, a true release of accumulated energy. This day is dedicated to healing, to reconnecting with yourself, and to self-expression through movement.

Head south! Today, the sea and the cliffs take over: you cross breathtaking panoramas, from viewpoints suspended on the cliffside to a sublime beach, a raw beauty, almost unreal. At the end of the day, you enter one of the island's most legendary temples, clinging to the edge of the world, where the sun seems to dive into the ocean. And as the light fades, you witness the famous Kecak dance, this incantatory chant carried by dozens of male voices. A hypnotic, almost shamanic show, between fire, bodies, and legend.

  • day 11

    Start again in gratitude

    Start again in gratitude

It's the end of the journey... but maybe the beginning of something else. This morning, we take our time. One last look at the island, one last breath of incense, one last barefoot moment before putting on our everyday shoes again. The heart a little bigger, the mind clearer. As if Bali had left a mark inside, and not just in the suitcase.
