Cultural and gastronomic explorationsIn the morning, drive to Armando and his family's "finca campesina" (farm). Guided tour of the property through the coffee, sugar cane, and tomato plantations. Back at the finca, the family will prepare an "envuelto de yuca," a traditional dessert from the region. Typical lunch, then taste YOUR dessert! In the afternoon, visit the San Agustín Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995. A must-see during a trip to Colombia, this park, located in the heart of the Andes, is full of historical treasures, including religious monuments and megalithic sculptures from the pre-Columbian civilization. Hiking at El Tablo and La Chaquira, then discovering local life.In the morning, hiking to the different sites of the region along the paths taken by our ancestors: El Tablón and La Chaquira. Continuing in the archaeological park, you will be able to observe pieces of Augustinian statuary to delve further into the pre-Columbian past. In the afternoon, passage through the "Estrecho" narrows of the Magdalena, the narrowest part of the river, between the 2 mountain ranges, central and western. Then, visit to a banana fiber weaving workshop. Finally, head to the village of Obando and its museum, with its underground tombs and antechambers… Lunch on your own, dinner included. Road to the white city... PopayánMorning, road to Popayán (approx. 4h30). In the afternoon, free walking discovery of the "White City", one of the most important cities in Colombia along with Cartagena de Indias, due to its architecture and its historical and religious heritage. Route to the café areaDay of travel to Salento (approx. 7h). Check-in at the hotel in the late afternoon. Meals at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Hiking in the Cocora Valley and discovery of local crafts.Accompanied by your local French-speaking guide, depart in shared jeeps to the entrance of the Cocora Valley, in the Los Nevados National Natural Park, a place highly regarded by ecotourism enthusiasts! You will begin an easy hike of about 2 hours, in the heart of the tropical fauna and flora of this majestic valley. In the afternoon, you will visit Santiago and his crops with their multiple colors and flavors... Finally, stop by the artisan town of Filandia, renowned for its basketry, then meet Pedro and depart in his jeep to his finca located 45 minutes away by track. Family dinner and overnight stay.
