Day 2 : J2 - Entre Deux Mers vineyard - Créon - Sauve Majeure - Saint Martin de Lerm - 60km by bike

From Bordeaux cycle paths, you cross the Entre Deux Mers vineyards, passing through the bastide town of Créon created in 1314 and then by an old Benedictine abbey dating from 1070, the Sauve Majeure. Discovery of the town of Sauveterre de Guyenne, its 4 entrance gates and the bastide dating from 1281. A stopover only on cycle paths and greenways. Night in a guest room with a swimming pool in St Martin de Lerm.

Day 3 : J3 St Martin de Lerm - Sauveterre de Guyenne - Réole - Le Mas d'Agenais - 45km by bike

From the small village of Sauveterre de Guyenne, there are 26km of quiet little roads linking the charming town of Réole and its Benedictine priory. You then take the greenway of the Garonne canal to reach Le Mas d'Agenais. Night in a guest room with breakfast in an old mas with pond.

Day 4 : J4 - Le Mas d'Agenais - Damazan - Sérignac-sur-Garonne - 37km by bike

We advise you to visit the Romanesque church of the Mas d'Agenais before taking again the Garonne canal path. On your way, several stops are possible. You cross the bastide town of Damazan and then continue along the canal to the peaceful village of Sérignac-sur-Garonne. Overnight in a 3* hotel in a former monastery with swimming pool and breakfast.

Day 5 : J5 - Sérignac-sur-Garonne - Agen - Vignes de Chasselas - Moissac - 55km by bike

Today, continuing on the canal, you cross the very pretty Agen canal-bridge and its typical architecture. This small town is located on the way to Santiago de Compostela and its Saint Peter's abbey is classified by Unesco. Night in a 2 or 3* hotel.

Still following the Garonne canal, you reach the famous "pink city". You just have crossed magnificent landscapes with no difference in height and passed through the 56 locks of the Garonne. Handing-over of the bicycles in Toulouse. Night in a 3 or 4* hotel.
