Day 1 : Arrival to Larnaca

Day 2 : Discovery Cyprus wines

We will go into the Troodos mountain villages to visit an award-wining boutique winery where you’ll enjoy a tour of the facility and wine tasting. This will be followed by a trip to Omodos village where you’ll have a chance to wonder the cobbled streets and take in the picturesque experience. Here we’ll take you to a wine museum owned by a wine-making family for another extensive wine tasting. After you’ve tried 15+ wines we’ll finally sit down for a coffee and traditional snack in the village square to relax and watch the world go by




Day 3 : Halloumi workshop

We will go into the Troodos mountain countryside to the house of a local village lady to learn the traditional technique of halloumi and anari cheese making. The activity will start at the farm of our host where participants can learn how to milk the animals (goats & sheep) to collect their very own fresh milk. A tour of the cheese-making premises will follow where you’ll be put to work to make your fresh halloumi! This hands-on workshop ends with a traditional sit-down experience where you’ll enjoy a delicious brunch which will include the cheeses made plus lots more. We’ll then continue our journey into the scenic mountain villages to visit a honey producer and a local man making products with donkey milk. Part of our touring will be a visit to Lefkara village where you’ll see the local ladies making the famous Cyprus lace plus time to shop & explore.




Day 4 : Exploring the divided capital



This day tour starts in the heart of old town Nicosia where you’ll explore the green line – seeing the deserted houses and old streets of the last divided capital in the world. You will have the option to cross the border to the Turkish occupied North to explore and see some historical sites. You will then indulge in a 5-stop taste tour of Cypriot delicacies & traditional foods followed by a fantastic Segway experience to investigate the old town further, learn all about the history of Cyprus and enjoy the thrill of Segway. Participants must bring their passports if they would like to visit the occupied part of Nicosia




Day 5 : Cooking workshop



Put your chef hat on and come with us to experience our unique cooking class in the mountain countryside. A chance to learn traditional recipes first-hand in a beautiful village house with a fantastic TV chef! Before heading to your cooking location we’ll visit the quaint village of Omodos to explore traditional products and sample some Cypriot wines. We’ll continue the drive further into the mountains to a village tavern where you’ll meet the celebrity chef behind the experience and greeted with welcome snacks and coffee. You’ll then be chaperoned to the neighbouring fields of the chef for foraging and collecting fresh garden ingredients for the day’s meal. The activity ends with a traditional sit-down experience where you can enjoy the dishes you prepared




Day 6 : Cyprus Roses



During this fantastic day tour we will go into the Troodos mountain villages to visit 2 award-winning boutique wineries where we’ll enjoy a tour of the premises and tastings. As we drive further into the heart of Troodos we’ll stop along the way for a lavish picnic at a scenic mountain spot. This will be followed with a trip to the traditional village of Agros where we’ll stop at a family-owned rose factory to see how they make traditional products from the petals of roses and also try some rose scented wine. We’ll also visit a village lady making traditional sweets and try her original recipe for rose jam before returning you to your accommodation.
