Physical info: This mini trek is an easy level trip in medium mountains and accessible to all good walkers, 5 consecutive days of walking with a maximum altitude of 2142 m, Pitam Deurali. Difference in height of + 660 m and - 720 m. Walking time approx. 2 to 4 hours, i.e. 3 to 8 km per day on suitable paths.

Arrival in Kathmandu, according to your flight schedule. Welcome by your local guide at the airport exit with a sign and transfer to your hotel. Briefing and presentation of the course of your stay. In case of arrival in the morning, rest day or possibility to visit the tourist district of Thamel, for those who wish, your hotel is located in the heart of the tourist city.

Day 2 : Kathmandu (1,300 m) - Tashi Ling Tibetan Village (820 m)

Wake up early in the morning and head for Pokhara by the main road following the Tirsuli River, where local life is lively. Along the way stop for a lunch break and arrive at the end of the day at the Tibetan village of Tashi Ling.

Day 3 : Tashi Ling Tibetan Village - Shanti Stupa - Tashi Ling Tibetan Village

Your morning will be devoted to a climb up to the Shanti Stupa erected by a Japanese Buddhist organisation to promote world peace. The stupa is one of eighty peace pagodas around the world. Return to the village and then depart for a unique tour with a Tibetan guide to discover Tashi Ling village and their rich Tibetan culture, medicine, arts and crafts, history and their struggles as refugees in Nepal. In the afternoon bike ride to discover the temples, cave and surrounding villages. In the evening you will learn how to cook Tibetan dishes.

Day 4 : Tashi Ling Tibetan Village Pokhara (820 m) - Australian Camp (2050 m)

After breakfast transfer to Kande at 1710 m altitude, the starting point of our mini trek in the Annapurna region. Your first day of walking starts with a walk on a step-by-step path that gradually climbs up and then walks through the terraced crops before reaching the small village of Dhampus and then walking to Australian camp, from where the view of the South Annapurna, Himalayan Tuesday, Himalchuili and Machhapuchhre is a must.

Day 5 : Australian Camp (2050 m) - Landruk (1 565 m)

This day, a short day's walk. You start with a descent by stairs to the Modikhola river and then climb steeply again by stairs to the village of Ghandruk, one of the most important villages of the Gurung ethnic group. In the afternoon visit this beautiful village with its stone roofs and its museum of local traditions.

Day 6 : Landruk (1 565 m) - Ghandruk (1 940 m)

This day, a short day's walk. Day 7 : Ghandruk (1 940 m) - Sarangkot (1 592 m)

Last day of trek in the Annapurna region. The day starts with a long descent on stairs to Syauli Bazaar and then continues with an easy, flat walk to Birethanti. After lunch it takes about 20 minutes to walk to Nayapul. A short transfer by road is necessary to the village of Naudanda, to reach the Sarangkot lookout.

Day 8 : Sarangkot (1 592 m) - Pokhara (820 m) - Sedi Bagar

Morning dawn for a magical moment, observe the sunrise on the Annapurna mountain range then descent to the Pokhara lake by a paragliding flight for those who want to be accompanied by Nepalese instructors. In the afternoon visit of the city and walk around the pleasant and green Fewa lake by boat, then in the afternoon transfer to the Sedi Bagar village where you will spend two nights. In the late afternoon yoga class in an Ashram.

Day 9 : Yoga and Ayurvedic massage

This day is dedicated to your well-being. You start your morning with a yoga session and enjoy the benefits of an ayurvedic massage in the morning and a new yoga session in the evening.

Day 10 : Pokhara (8 20 m) - Kathmandu (1 300 m)

After breakfast departure by road to Kathmandu. On the way you can enjoy one last time the rice fields and fields of crops as well as the Tirshuli river. Lunch break, then continuation of the journey. Arrival around 3/16 p.m. and check-in at the hotel. Possibility to take advantage of the district of Thamel for souvenir shopping.

Day 11 : Day trip to Kathmandu Ason - Kalimati - Bodnath

After breakfast drive to Kalimati, the largest fruit and vegetable market in the Kathmandu valley. We will also visit another traditional market in Ratnapark before continuing to Bodnath, the most important religious centre in Nepal for the Tibetan and Sherpa communities. The ideal time for this visit being towards the end of the day to admire the worshippers walking around the stupa (rituals).

Day 12 : Visit of Patan and Baktapur

We leave for a full day visit to Patan. You will discover temples, monasteries and local craftsmen's factories located in the old town where access is only on foot as they enjoy the tranquillity of its places to work. In the day departure for Baktapur, the third largest city in the Kathmandu valley and former capital of Nepal at the time of the Malla kingdom and until the 15th century, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for a complete visit of this site.
