Day 1 : Arrival in Martinique and Charming Hotel at Le François

Arriving at Fort de France airport, you will take possession of your rental car and go to your charming hotel at Le François, le Plein Soleil***. You will then take possession of your "Guest" room, ideal for a couple in search of calm and beauty.
The first 4 nights of your stay in this half-board accommodation (dinner), leaving you days to discover the beauties of the island.




Day 2 : Beaches in the south of the island and Habitation Clément

We start slowly but surely this first day! You will take advantage of the morning to discover the most beautiful beaches of the South of Martinique, the Salines beach, the Pointe Faula, the Pointe Marin, the Diamond Beach, the Anse Macabou or the Anse Trabaud...
At lunchtime you will find plenty to eat and enjoy local specialities.
In the afternoon, you will head to the Habitation Clément, a magnificent Creole house steeped in history. A real Rum museum which will make you completely incollable on the subject! You can enjoy a tasting at the end of the visit.




Day 3 : Catamaran Day

You will leave from the Marina du François and embark towards the coral reef on a magnificent sailing catamaran. Drinks will be served to you during the crossing, then on your arrival in the depths you will have a rum baptism. An aperitif with your feet in the water in the Caribbean Sea, followed by an accras tasting.
Swimming stops are of course planned, notably at Josephine's bathtub, a sumptuous sandy shoal located in the reefs.

For lunch, you will be disembarked on an islet, a jovial and musical atmosphere. Before your return, you can enjoy a traditional Martinican snack.

Day 4 : Baptism of Diving and Hiking at the Caravelle

This morning will be the ideal morning for your first dive, if you have never done it before!
A moment's stop in the depths of Martinique. In addition to discovering a rich fauna and sparkling aquatic flora, you will enjoy the benefits of diving... peace and relaxation.
After lunch, you will head towards the Caravelle peninsula for a hike. It stretches over 12 km, protruding into the ocean, and is characterised by greenery, rocks and views of the bay. Nature is unparalleled in the south of Martinique. 




Day 5 : Departure for Saint-Pierre and Gorges de la Falaise

This morning, you will take the direction of Saint-Pierre, to drop off your luggage in the North of Martinique, in Saint-Pierre. You will spend 4 nights in this accommodation, with breakfast. Once you have settled in, you can go swimming at Anse Couleuvre, one of the most beautiful beaches in the north.
For lunch, don't hesitate to open the door of the restaurant "Habitation Céron". The place is exceptional and the dishes are very well prepared!
In the afternoon, possibility to discover the Gorges de la Falaise, with a guide, to walk along the river Falaise, a jewel of the North of the island in a green nature and a waterfall of rare beauty.




Day 6 : Climbing Mount Pelee

After a soft and beautiful night, you will go early in the morning to Pelee Mountain, where you will be accompanied by a guide to climb it without waiting. Nature is beautiful, silent and soothing. The guide will give you details about this volcano which was at the heart of the dramatic destiny of the village of Saint Pierre!
When you reach the summit, on a clear day, the view is breathtaking. 




Day 7 : Balata Garden and Zoo

In the morning of this 7th day, you will discover the Jardin Balata, a botanical garden which is home to a large number of plant species. At the end of the visit you will be offered a walk in the canopy. As close as possible to the tree tops, a moment of relaxation is guaranteed. Afterwards, you can have lunch in the garden at the La Luciole restaurant.  It offers delicious accras, fresh fish tartars, tatakis...
Afterwards, you will head for the Zoological Park at Le Carbet. Respectful of its environment and especially of its species, it works for the preservation of biodiversity in Martinique.




Day 8 : Departure

It will be time for you to leave your accommodation and go to the airport, where you will return your rental car.
