Château La Gaffelière first reminds a Grand Vin, 1st Grand Cru Classé since the origin of the classification of Saint-Emilion, in 1959. Wine tasting at the Cadet Bon winery

It is to an episode sung by Homer that relates The Fountain of Cadet-Bon. Dionysus, kidnapped by pirates, plays the flute. Immediately their boat is filled with wine, the oars and after are blocked by grapevines. The pirates are rushed to the sea and transformed into dolphins.

A visit to the Château d'Yquem means travelling through 400 years of history, discovering a house between art and crafts that gives birth to a rare wine.

Perchée tasting / option

Framed by a professional tree climber, you will be invited to the top of a bicentennial cedar. You will climb by the rope to a suspended table to taste our 1st Grand Cru Classé. Ideal location facing the panorama of the Sauternes vineyards and the Ciron Valley.

Lunch at the Red Terrace

Here nature is queen : the panoramic view of the vineyards and the hanging garden of its neighbor, Cheval Blanc, remains in memory. No one can remain indifferent to such a spectacle with such a generous nature of beauty.

Discovery of the Château de Clinet estate

Discreet but well established, Château Clinet, recognizable by its red shutters and its pretty assorted roses, rests on the heights of the famous plateau, in the heart of Pomerol. The property is linked to one of the oldest vineyards of the appellation, dating back to 1595, but also one of the most renowned, known for the incomparable character and quality of its wines.
