  Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport – Transfer to Arusha

  Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), a representative from Ron Adventure will greet you warmly and transport you to your hotel in Arusha, which is the starting point for safaris in northern Tanzania. You can unwind in the evening following your international journey, taking in the beautiful surroundings and the sights of Mount Meru. Your guide will provide you with details about the safari adventure that awaits. Accommodation will be at Arusha Planet Lodge.

  Flight from Arusha to Northern Serengeti – Game Drive along Mara River

  

  You will be taken to Arusha Airport after an early breakfast to catch your flight to the Northern Serengeti, famous for the Great Wildebeest Migration from July to October. Enjoy the stunning aerial views as you soar over the extensive Serengeti plains before landing at Kogatende Airstrip. Once you arrive, your safari guide will greet you and lead you on your initial game drive towards the Mara River area. Throughout the day, you will encounter incredible wildlife, including large herds of gazelles, zebras, and wildebeest as they cross the crocodile-infested Mara River, while lions, crocodiles, and other predators lie in ambush. In the late afternoon, you will return to your cabin to unwind and enjoy dinner with a view of the savanna. Meal Plan: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner You will be staying at Enkutoto Migration Camp.

  Full-Day Game Drive in Northern Serengeti – Wildebeest Crossing Experience

  

  The primary goal of this moment in the Northern Serengeti is to witness the crossing points of the Mara River, where thousands of wildebeests embark on their perilous journey. They migrate from Tanzania to Kenya in search of more fertile pastures. To ensure you don’t miss this incredible natural phenomenon, your guide will expertly position you at the best viewing locations—recognized as one of Africa's seven natural wonders. This area is not only inhabited by the migrating animals but also features elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, and other wildlife, along with leopards, cheetahs, and crocodiles. Before departing, you can fully enjoy your time in the reserve with a delightful picnic lunch in nature. In the evening, you will return to your lodge.   Morning Game Drive – Flight to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport

  

  To witness the last moments of your Serengeti trip, begin your day with an early morning game drive before breakfast. After you finish eating, you may be taken to the Kogatende Airstrip for your trip back to Arusha. Upon arrival, take your next flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport at JRO or elsewhere. If you have the opportunity, you could have lunch or shop at the Cultural Heritage Centre in Arusha before your international flight. Plan for your meals: breakfast and lunch. End of Safari
