  Nairobi

  

  Vous serez chaleureusement accueilli à l’aéroport par votre guide personnel. Sur le chemin de l’hôtel, en traversant Nairobi, vous pourrez observer l’effervescence de la capitale du Kenya. À l’hôtel, vous pourrez vous détendre après le vol et vous préparer pour votre safari. Nuitée et petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel Southern Sun Mayfair.

  Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

  

  Vous prendrez la voiture tôt le matin et vous vous dirigerez vers le parc national du lac Nakuru, où vous arriverez au Flamingo Hills Camp à midi. Arrivée et déjeuner. Dans l’après-midi, vous partirez pour un safari. Le parc national du lac Nakuru a été créé pour protéger la grande population de flamants roses. Le long des rives, les gazelles de Thomson, les cobs de Bohor et les zèbres parcourent les prairies. Le lac Nakuru abrite des rhinocéros noirs et des rhinocéros blancs. En 1987, il ne restait que deux rhinocéros noirs en raison des effets dévastateurs du braconnage. En créant une zone protégée pour les rhinocéros au sein du parc et en procédant à des croisements avec un éleveur de Laikipia, le Kenya Wildlife Service (K.W.S.) a réussi à augmenter le nombre de rhinocéros dans le parc. L’observation de la faune est relativement facile et sera possible jusqu’au coucher du soleil.   Lake Nakuru National Park - Maasai Mara

  

  Vous continuerez le safari vers la réserve nationale du Maasai Mara, ainsi nommée car elle signifie les « plaines tachetées » en langue maa. C’est ici que l’on trouve la plus grande concentration de grands mammifères, et elle est largement reconnue comme la réserve animalière ultime d’Afrique. Le parc est l’extension nord du vaste écosystème Serengeti-Mara, célèbre pour sa migration annuelle des gnous. Transfert vers le lodge avec un chauffeur et, après l’enregistrement, déjeuner chaud. Plus tard dans la soirée, profitez d’un safari d’observation dans ce lieu spectaculaire, aux paysages à couper le souffle, aux plaines infinies et à la plus grande variété de faune encore présente au monde.   Maasai Mara

  

  During your stay, you will have the opportunity to explore this vast reserve in depth. You will be able to see elephants, giraffes, lions, thousands of impalas, topis, hartebeests, and Thomson's gazelle. Birds are prolific, including migratory species: 450 bird species have been recorded, including 57 birds of prey. The Mara is the stage for the annual migration of millions of wildebeest coming up from the Serengeti plains in search of water and grass. During your stay in the Mara, you will have the opportunity to float above the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem in a hot air balloon, followed by a gourmet champagne breakfast.   Maasai Mara - Lake Naivasha

  

  After breakfast and check-in, you will go to Lake Naivasha, which is the first of the Rift Valley lakes and is located at the foot of Mount Longonot, on the north side. It was on Lake Naivasha that the first air passengers in East Africa used to land with Imperial Airways by hovercraft. After lunch at the camp, take a boat ride in the afternoon to identify the many different birds in this area.   Lake Naivasha - Amboseli National Park

  

  Early in the morning, drive to Amboseli National Park. The park is famous for its abundant wildlife and the beauty of its landscapes, dominated by Mount Kilimanjaro. It offers an interesting contrast with its dry and dusty appearance, attributable to the volcanic ash emitted by Mount Kilimanjaro during its last eruption. Despite this appearance, the water supply is continuous, filtered through volcanic rocks from the melting snows of Kilimanjaro. These waterways flow underground, create green areas and converge toward two clear water springs in the park. Dinner and overnight at Kilima Safari Camp:

  Amboseli National Park

  

  Spend an additional day in the park, with 4x4 safaris in the morning and in the afternoon. The wildlife there is very diverse: zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, impalas, caracals and servals, lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, etc. More than 400 bird species are also recorded there, including the bee-eater, the kingfisher, the African fish eagle, the martial eagle and the pygmy falcon. Visitors come mainly to observe the immense herds of elephants. Male elephants have some of the largest tusks in all of Kenya.
