  Tarangire Day Trip

  Early Morning (6:00–7:00 AM) - Pick-up from your hotel in Arusha - Drive to Tarangire (2–3 hours) - Scenic countryside views along the way 🚙 Mid-Morning: Game Drive Begins - Enter the park - Start the game drive along the Tarangire River 🐘 What You Can See Tarangire is especially known for: - Large elephant families (sometimes 100+) - Lions resting in trees - Giraffes, zebras, wildebeest - Buffalo and antelopes - Over 500 bird species Best feature: Animals gather around the Tarangire River, especially in the dry season. 🧺 Lunch - Picnic lunch inside the park - Often at a scenic viewpoint or picnic site 🌄 Afternoon Game Drive - Continue exploring different areas of the park - More chances to spot predators 🚗 Return to Arusha - Leave the park in the late afternoon - Arrive back in Arusha around 5:00–6:00 PM ✅ What’s Included Most tours include: 🚙 4×4 safari vehicle with a pop-up roof 🧑‍✈️ Professional safari guide 🎟️ Park entry fees 🧺 Picnic lunch 💧 Bottled water
