  Tashkent, arrival. Tashkent – Samarkand by evening train

  

  This morning, arrival in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. After checking in at the hotel and having breakfast, meet with the guide. Today, discover the lively capital of Uzbekistan, where the old and the modern blend harmoniously. Visit the spiritual heart of the city – Khast-Imam Square, with its ancient madrasas and mausoleums, then stroll through the colorful Chorsu bazaar, filled with the aromas of spices, fresh fruit, and local crafts. After lunch, explore Independence Square and Amir Temur Square, vast spaces framed by impressive architecture. Don't miss the Tashkent metro, famous for its richly decorated stations, true underground art galleries. In the evening, comfortable train ride to Samarkand, jewel of the Silk Road. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel to rest before the next day's discoveries. Overnight at the hotel. Meals: breakfast

  Samarkand

  

  After breakfast, departure for the discovery of the treasures of Samarkand, one of the most dazzling cities on the Silk Road. The visit begins at the famous Registan Square, surrounded by three majestic madrasas – Ulugh Beg, Sher-Dor, and Tilla-Kari – masterpieces of Islamic architecture. Continue to the Gur-Emir mausoleum, the resting place of Tamerlane and his dynasty, remarkable for its turquoise dome and rich interior decorations. After lunch, visit the Bibi-Khanym mosque, once one of the largest in the Islamic world, then stroll through the Shah-i-Zinda necropolis, where splendid mausoleums with blue tiles line a medieval alley. The day ends at the Ulugh Beg observatory, where the great astronomer charted the stars centuries ago. Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. Meals: breakfast

  Samarkand – Bukhara by road, 280 km

  

  After breakfast, departure for Bukhara, one of the most enchanting cities on the Silk Road. The journey crosses the plains of the Kyzylkum — once traversed by caravans linking the oases. Upon arrival, immersion in the old city, where every brick and every dome seem steeped in history. The visits begin with the majestic Po-i-Kalyan complex, whose slender minaret once guided weary travelers. Discover the Mir-Arab madrasa, the Magoki-Attari mosque, and the Ulugh Beg madrasa, each bearing witness to a rich spiritual and intellectual heritage. The day ends at the peaceful Lyabi-Khauz square, where mulberry trees shade a pool surrounded by cafés and artisans. In the evening, check-in at the hotel and rest. Overnight at the hotel.   Bukhara

  

  Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we continue our exploration of Bukhara, one of the most enchanting cities on the Silk Road. We start with the mausoleum of Ismail Samani, a masterpiece of early Islamic architecture, then the mausoleum of Chashma Ayub, linked to the legend of the prophet Job. Next, a stroll through the lively local bazaar, before visiting the graceful Bolo-Khauz mosque and the powerful Ark citadel with its ancient Zindan prison — testimonies to the city's rich, sometimes dramatic, past. In the afternoon, an excursion outside the city to visit the Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa palace, the sumptuous summer residence of the last emir, as well as the mausoleum of Bakhouddin Naqshbandi, one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites in Central Asia. In the evening, a warm welcome in a traditional Uzbek house for an authentic culinary experience. Together with our hosts, we will take part in a plov workshop, learning step by step how to prepare the national dish before sharing a delicious homemade dinner, full of laughter, aromas, and local stories.   Bukhara – Tashkent by afternoon train

  

  After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a peaceful morning in Bukhara, savoring the timeless atmosphere of this ancient Silk Road city. After check-out, take a relaxed stroll with your guide through the alleys of the old town — the perfect opportunity to capture your last memories of Bukhara’s domes, bazaars, and warm faces. In the afternoon, transfer to the station for a comfortable high-speed train ride to Tashkent, the vibrant capital of Uzbekistan. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your driver, transferred to the hotel, and settled in for a well-deserved rest. Meals: breakfast
