Every year, the Flight Network website publishes the annual ranking of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This selection is based on the opinions and experiences of 1,200 travel experts. Bloggers, journalists, and agencies contributed their opinions to establish this ranking. From fine sand to volcanic rock and steep cliffs, all landscapes are represented. #1. Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos

At the top of the list of the most beautiful beaches, with average temperatures of 29° and more than 319 sunny days per year, is Grace Bay Beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands in the heart of the Caribbean. The remarkable coral reefs give the bay its warm and pure water, free from pollution and algae.

#2. Whitehaven Beach, Australia

Its sand, composed of 98% silica, is among the whitest in the world. This haven can only be accessed by helicopter or boat. The beach is bordered by a thick virgin forest where vacationers can enjoy shade. A must-go during a trip to Australia!

#3. Anse Lazio, Seychelles

Here, the crystal-clear water of vibrant turquoise blue meets the bright green vegetation that borders the golden sand beach of Anse Lazio in the Seychelles. The stretch of sand is dotted with granite blocks that give it an authentic primitive feel.

#4. Pink Sands Beach, Bahamas

This magnificent beach of pink sand stretches over 5 kilometers. The unique color of the beach is due to the vivid red and pink hues of shells as well as microscopic foraminifera. The contrast with the blue water is striking.

In the center of this cove lies a shipwreck, giving a timeless atmosphere to the beach. The turquoise waters contrast with the roughness of the arid cliff rocks and with the whiteness of the fine sand.

#6. Baia Dos Porcos, Brazil

Also known as Pig Island, this beach is one of the most stunning in the world. You can admire the two iconic rock formations known as "dois Irmaos" (the two brothers). This beach requires effort to reach as it involves trekking and your days on the island are limited (with paid permits). Water sports are prohibited, making it particularly peaceful. Hidden Beach is completely concealed within a sort of natural enclave, an open-air cave that offers a preserved and unique sandy beach. It is located an hour's boat ride from Puerto Vallarta on the Marietas Islands in Mexico. It is said that this beach was created due to Mexican army test firings during World War I... Despite that, it’s a unique and inspiring place.
