  Welcome to Bogota

  Welcome at the international airport for the delivery of your travel booklet. Transfer and check-in at the hotel (45 min). Welcome to Bogota: located on a vast plateau of the Andes, at 2,600 meters above sea level, the capital of Colombia, with nearly 8 million inhabitants, is an essential cultural and economic center of the country, but also a dynamic and modern metropolis where people from all backgrounds converge.

  City tour in Bogota

  Breakfast at your hotel. Day dedicated to discovering Bogota: you will discover La Candelaria, the historic center of the city. A neighborhood with colorful houses and colonial architecture, you will stroll through the charming alleys of this timeless place. Lunch on your own in a typical restaurant where you can taste regional specialties (Ajiaco, Tamal, Santafeño chocolate). In the afternoon, visit the Museo del Oro (closed on Mondays), which houses the largest collection of pre-Columbian gold objects in the world. Continue with a visit to the Botero Foundation (closed on Tuesdays), where paintings and sculptures by the famous Colombian artist are exhibited, as well as works by famous artists from his private collection (Picasso, Braque).

  Discovery of the coffee region

  Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to Bogota airport (approx. 45 min) for your flight to Pereira (1h). Arrival and check-in at your hotel. You will discover a region with a completely different climate, surrounded by green valleys. If you wish, you can take part in a fun activity organized by your hotel to discover all the secrets of coffee production and preparation.

  Coffee region - Visit to Otun Quimbaya National Park, Salento and Cocora Valley

  Breakfast at your hotel. In the morning, discovery of the Cocora Valley. A beautiful walk along the Quindío River will allow you to discover the so-called "cloud" rainforest and admire the wax palm forests, the Colombian national tree, impressive for its height. Continue with a visit to the village of Salento, to enjoy its typical colonial architecture with colorful balconies. Lunch at your leisure. Then head to the Quimbaya National Park: you travel along paths lined with coffee and banana trees, the landscapes pass by, the green valleys open up to you... Arrival and check-in at your hotel.

  Hiking in the Otún Quimbaya park

  Breakfast in the park. During the day, you have the opportunity to go hiking in the park to discover its wildlife, with its diversity of birds, but also, perhaps, encounter howler monkeys. You will be right in the middle of nature with your guide, who will share with you many tips and information about the surrounding fauna and flora.

  The colonial pearl: Cartagena de Indias

  Breakfast in the park, then drive to Pereira by Chiva (1h), a typical means of transport in the region! Arrival and transfer to Pereira airport for your flight to Cartagena de Indias (3h30 with connection in Bogota). Arrival and check-in at your hotel, located in the heart of the historic center.

  Cultural visit of Cartagena

  Breakfast at your hotel. This morning, we suggest you travel back in time and relive some of the city's key historical moments by taking this short walking tour. You will discover the San Pedro Claver church and monastery, the cathedral also known as the Minor Basilica, as well as the colonial houses lining the streets of the historic center. Free afternoon to visit the city at your own pace, stroll through its charming streets, and stop at a café terrace.

  Discovery of the islands: Isla Grande

  Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to the small port to board a boat: heading to the Rosario Islands. Isla Grande is the best option for a beach day in the spirit of the Caribbean! Arrival and check-in at your hotel. Free afternoon to enjoy the beach or take part in optional activities offered on site: snorkeling, sea kayaking, diving, visiting a nearby island, ecological walks…

  Return to Cartagena

  Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the small port for your return to Cartagena by speedboat (45 min). Arrival and check-in at your hotel. Free time for the rest of the day.

  Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to Cartagena airport (approx. 15 min). Flight Cartagena – Bogota (1h30, not included) and international connection.
