Excursion to Mutianyu Great Wall & Explore Local HutongsExcursion to the Great Wall at Mutianyu today. Mutianyu Great Wall is 70km from city center and it takes around 1.5hrs from your hotel. This section of the Great Wall was built in Ming Dynasty was used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. You will take around 2-3 hours to walk on the 2.5km walls and 23 towers. Cable car is available to avoid climbing, which is optional and payable locally. Transfer back to downtown in the afternoon and stroll at local hutongs, which are old quarters of Beijing with unique courtyard houses since Yuan dynasties. It is regarded as a window into Beijing folk life. You will take a short rickshaw ride through small alleys and pay a home visit to local families to learn more about the architecture and local people's lifestyle. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch

UNESCO inscribed Summer Palace a World Cultural Heritage Site in 1998. Later, you will take a photo stop at Olympic Green, in which the “Water Cubic” and “Bird Nest” are served as the main venue of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Take afternoon high speed train from Beijing to Xi'an. The train takes 4.5hrs - 5.5hrs with the highest speed at 300kmh (186mph). Big Wild Goose Pagoda - was first built in Tang Dynasty for the storage of Buddhist scriptures taken from India by Monk Xuanzang and now becomes the city emblem. Grand Tang Nightless City - A few minutes walking from Big Wild Goose Pagoda, is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Xi'an. You may have a bike trip on the city walls (optional and on your own expense) and experience the old and modern Xian. Continue your China tour, and take a flight to Shanghai. We met and transfer to your hotel. The rest of time today is your own arrangement to explore the vitality and vibrancy of Shanghai. Muslim Quarters - located at the heart of ancient city of Xian, next to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. As long as 1000 years ago in Han Dynasty, this area was the hub of the Muslim community in the city. Now it is still home to 60,000 Islamic followers. With the name of "Museum of World Architecture", the Bund has 52 architecture buildings from eclectic, Romanesque, gothic, renaissance, baroque, neoclassical, art deco and beaux-art styles. Shanghai Tower - with the height of 632 meters, Shanghai Tower is the highest buildings in China and the second-tallest building in the world.
