Trip Description

This 9-day safari focuses on the Great Wildebeest Migration, tracking the movement of millions of wildebeest and zebras across Central and Northern Serengeti. The journey also includes game drives in Tarangire and Lake Manyara, offering diverse landscapes and rich wildlife. Guided by experienced local professionals, the safari is paced for quality game viewing and designed to respect nature, wildlife, and local communities.

Arrival - Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA)
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your professional safari guide will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha town, the gateway to most of Northern Tanzania’s national parks. Your guide will provide a detailed safari briefing, answer any questions you may have, and share insights about Tanzania’s wildlife, culture, and traditions. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a brief city orientation or simply relax after your flight, preparing for the exciting safari adventure ahead in Tanzania. Overnight at Greenside Hotel. Tarangire National Park - Game drive
Tarangire National Park in Tanzania is a precious safari gem covering 2,850 square kilometres, famous for its giant baobab trees and abundant wildlife. The park hosts one of Africa’s largest elephant populations, with herds of up to 300 elephants roaming freely. During the dry season, the Tarangire River attracts thousands of animals, including lions, giraffes, wildebeests, and over 550 bird species. The Great Migration in the Northern Serengeti is a breathtaking spectacle where over 1.5 million wildebeest and 200,000 zebras traverse the plains annually.
