Arrival in Reykjavik - The northernmost capital in the world.Once you land at Keflavik airport in Iceland, please collect your luggage and go through customs. Then, pick up your rental car at the airport and head to your hotel in Reykjavik. The rest of the day is free for you to rest and enjoy as you wish. Night in Reykjavik.

Thingvellir - Geysir - GullfossNational park with geological beauties - Explosive geysers Thingvellir National Park is at the top of the UNESCO list. It is the place where the world's oldest parliament met for centuries on the shores of Iceland's largest lake. Then, drive to the village of Laugarvatn and continue through the farming region to the Geysir geothermal fields, with bubbling mud pools and the Strokkur geyser, which erupts regularly. Then, visit the two spectacular Gullfoss waterfalls, an impressive site in winter, when half of the falls are frozen. Overnight in the Fludir region.

The South Coast - The Eyjafjallajökull volcanoWaterfalls - Effects of volcanism - Black sand beaches Spend this day exploring the area near the imposing stratovolcano Eyjafjallajökull, which is certainly today the most famous volcano in the world. While driving along the south coast, you can also visit the spectacular Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls. Then continue to Reynisfjara beach and its striking black sands, observing the extraordinary rock formations and the resounding waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Overnight in the Kirkjubæjarklaustur area.

Skaftafell National Park - Jökulsárlón Glacial LagoonThe largest National Park in Europe - Glacial lagoons with icebergs - The largest glacier in Europe The Skaftafell National Park is one of the most remarkable places for its great natural beauty. It is dominated by the Vatnajökull glacier, the most important ice cap in Europe. Continue to the Jökulsárlón glacial lagoon, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of bluish icebergs floating in the 180-meter-deep glacial lagoon. Return to the Kirkjubæjarklaustur region for the night.
day 5
Hveragerdi - Blue Lagoon - ReykjavikHead towards the village of Hveragerdi, which is one of the few communities in the world located directly on top of an active geothermal area. Hveragerdi is often called "the village of flowers" because of its many greenhouses heated by hot water from the springs. Continue your snack along the coast, with breathtaking waves coming from the sea. As you continue towards the Reykjanes peninsula, you can enjoy a relaxing dip at the Blue Lagoon, a unique natural wonder with geothermal water located in the middle of a black lava field. Return to Reykjavik for the night.

Reykjavik - ParisWe recommend leaving the hotel about 3h before your flight departure. **Please note that the package price is based on a 5 days x 24h rental, starting from the beginning of the rental. If your flight arrives early on the first day and departs late on the 6th day, an additional supplement will be charged, unless you choose to return the car in Reykjavik when the 5 rental days are over and use our FlyBus Plus transfer departure.** Note: The northern lights are a natural phenomenon and, therefore, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to observe them.
