• day 1

  Welcome to Togo!

  Arrival in Togo will be at Lomé airport, generally at the end of the day. You will be transferred to the guesthouse where you can relax, have dinner, and spend the night. Paris-Lomé flight Transfer to the hotel (1h) Dinner and overnight stay

• day 2

  Discovery of Togolese culture

  On the second day, you will take part in a local cooking class and taste your dishes at lunchtime. In the afternoon, you will set off to discover a local craftsman and their creations. Returning to the hotel will be an opportunity to rest before attending a traditional Togolese dance show. On the program: dance, percussion, fire play, stilt walkers... • day 3

  Kpalimé in the heart of nature

  You will leave for the city of Kpalimé, in the Plateaux region, located about 2 hours from Lomé. Departure for a hike during which you will discover the fauna and flora that make this region so rich. This will be an opportunity to visit coffee and cocoa cooperatives, as well as a local artisanal distillery making alcohol from palm trees. You will have lunch at the foot of one of the beautiful waterfalls in the region and enjoy a moment of swimming. On your return, you can relax before dinner. • day 4

  Heading North

  From Kpalimé, travelers will head to the city of Atakpamé, surrounded by seven hills. This will be an opportunity to visit the market and take a tour in the highlands. After lunch, you will continue on the road to Kara, where you can observe the changing landscapes along the way. Arrival at the hotel around 6 p.m., where you can rest and have dinner.   Arrival in the Tamberma country

  On this fifth day, you will immerse yourself in the villages of the Tamberma country, listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites and known for their fortified houses, called Tatas Sombas. You will have the chance to meet the villagers and interact with them. • day 6

  From Togo to Benin

  From the village of the Tata Sombas, you will cross the border to go to Benin to discover the unique small village of Boukombé. You will then get back on the road to discover, this time, the Tanougou waterfalls in Kota, where you can swim and have lunch. You will then go to the hotel to relax.   Optional day: Pendjari Park

  

  Wake up at dawn to discover the wildlife as it awakens. You will set out to discover wild animals in the heart of the savannah. You will spend a second night at the lodge. Transfer Kota Falls – Pendjari Park (3h) Visit to the animal park Night 6 and night 7 in a lodge within the park.

  Natitingou

  You will visit the city of Natitingou and have the chance to discover the shea butter production process. You will also go to the heart of the mountainous landscapes, which are full of caves and picturesque ponds. You will then head back to the south of Benin before sleeping at the hotel. • day 9

  Immersion in Dassa-Zoumè

  After breakfast, you will head to Dassa-Zoumé and set off for a mountain hike in the heart of the 41 hills that the region harbors. You will have the opportunity to pass through sacred places, palaces, and you may visit the local king. Departure to Abomey, arrival at the end of the day. This day will end with a short 30-minute walk to discover Abomey by night. Overnight at the hotel.   Abomey and Sè

  Abomey is a city full of artisanal activities. You will therefore set out to discover local know-how. In Sè, you can even visit a pottery workshop and try your hand at local production.   Porto-Novo and the lake city of Ganvié

  In the morning, you will visit the city of Porto-Novo, a calm and historic city marked by its colonial past. You will then be taken to Ganvié, where you can enjoy lunch by the lake before boarding for the lake city, which is on UNESCO's tentative list. You will cross the lake and discover the famous "inhabitants of the water" as you lose yourself in the canals, among the stilt houses. • day 12

  Possotomé and Lake Ahémé

  Lake Ahémé stretches over 35 km and its shores are covered with lush vegetation. The inhabitants live from fishing. You will be able to discover these activities, but also the fauna and flora that reign there. You will also discover the village of Possotomé, its thermal spring as well as the voodoo history of the locality. You will be accommodated in a hotel on the lakeside to continue enjoying the place. • day 13

  Ouidah, Grand-Popo and return to Togo

  From Possotomé, you will go to Ouidah to visit the Temple of Pythons and rediscover the voodoo culture. You will then take the sadly famous Slave Route, a 4 km track connecting the city to the sea, listed as a World Heritage site. After sharing a local meal at Justine's, you will head to the beautiful beaches of Grand Popo to enjoy a paradisiacal setting and relax. In the late afternoon, you will return to Togo to a beautiful hotel on the coast, where you can enjoy the last moments.   Optional day: Agbodrafo in company.

  During this day, you will meet an artist and his cultural center. You will make your own masks from recycled materials, which you can take back with you when you return to France. You will also have the opportunity to visit the area around this village located between the Atlantic Ocean and Lake Togo.
