• day 1

  Marrakech - Ouarzazate - Dadès Gorges

  

  Departure by 4x4 towards the Tichka pass and the Telouet kasbah, along the old caravan route that follows the Ounila valley to the ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. After visiting it, departure towards the Skoura palm grove and Kelaa M'gouna, the capital of roses. Arrival at the Dadès gorges where magnificent colors and grandiose landscapes reign. Overnight in a typical inn.

• day 2

  Boumalne - Todgha Gorges - Merzouga

  

  Departure for the Todghra gorges and visit of Tineghir, its lush palm grove and its Jewish quarter with traditional rammed earth architecture. Continue to the Jorf palm grove and its ancient irrigation system. Arrival in Merzouga, camel ride to watch the sunset over the dunes. Dinner and overnight in a nomad tent at the foot of the Erg Chebbi dunes.

• day 3

  Merzouga - N'Kob - Agdz

  

  After the sunrise show over the dunes, cross the Tafilalt and the mineral immensity of the Bougafer Massif to reach N'kob, the city of 45 kasbahs. In Tansikht, continue through the Drâa valley along the Tamnougalte track, a former caravan stop, to Agdz. Overnight in a kasbah.

• day 4

  Taznakht - Taliouine - Taroudant

  

  Departure for Taznakht, the capital of carpets. Then, the road crosses the Siroua mountain range via a rocky plateau to Taliouine, renowned for saffron cultivation. Arrival in Taroudant, protected by magnificent ochre ramparts. Overnight in a riad.

  Taroudant - Agadir - Essaouira

  

  From Agadir, the road runs along the Atlantic through beautiful coastal landscapes dotted with argan trees. Overnight in a hotel by the sea in Essaouira.

• day 6

  Essaouira

  

  Free day in Essaouira, a charming little fishing village, with its ramparts, its immense beach, its port, and its colorful alleys.

• day 7

  Essaouira - Marrakech

  

  Return to Marrakech via the argan road, then the olive trees.
