Grand tour of Manaslu - 18 days

Nepal, discover this 18-day trip

Trip Description

Our agency Base Camp Trek offers you an exciting trek in the heart of secret valleys. We reach the land of Samapa, a Tibetan people living at the foot of Manaslu. A trek in a still very wild Himalaya to relive the atmosphere of Nepal 20 years ago. Much less frequented than the Annapurna circuit and certainly just as beautiful, our itinerary around Manaslu (8163 m) winds through a great variety of landscapes, alternately following the rivers at the bottom of valleys, walking through forests, or skirting glaciers and the 7000 and 8000 meter peaks that surround us, especially when we cross the Larkya pass at 4990 m. This crossing of the different Himalayan levels is also a true journey of discovery of some Nepalese ethnic families, as we pass through villages inhabited by Gurung, Tibetans, or even Manangi Tibetans. A beautiful approach to the Nepalese Himalayas, in the secret of remote valleys!
