day 1
Welcome to Guatemala and transfer to Antigua.
Your adventure begins! Upon arrival at La Aurora International Airport, a private transfer will take you directly to the magical colonial city of Antigua Guatemala. With its cobblestone streets, colorful facades, and volcanoes as a backdrop, Antigua will give you the best first impression of the country. Accommodation at the charming Hotel Camelias Inn, where you can rest and start to feel the Guatemalan spirit.

Ascent to the Pacaya Volcano
Experience the thrill of conquering an active volcano. Pacaya is one of the most accessible and spectacular in Guatemala, with landscapes that seem out of this world. You will walk accompanied by a local guide along trails surrounded by petrified lava and enjoy impressive views of other volcanoes and the highlands. In the afternoon, you will have free time to discover at your own pace the squares, churches, and markets of Antigua, a colonial gem declared a World Heritage Site.

Heading to Lake Atitlán

Road to Lanquín
You will say goodbye to the highlands and embark on a journey to the green heart of Guatemala: Lanquín. This journey is an adventure in itself, with mountainous landscapes and a transition of climate towards the jungle. You will spend the night at the ecological Hotel Guayahá, surrounded by nature, ideal for resting and preparing for the wonder that awaits the next day.

Wonders of Semuc Champey
Get ready for one of the most impressive landscapes in the country. The full-day tour to Semuc Champey will take you to the famous turquoise water pools that form over a natural limestone bridge. From Lanquín to Flores Island

From Petén to the Río Dulce
Your journey continues to the Guatemalan Caribbean. You will take a first-class bus and then a boat that will take you to Hacienda Tijax, an eco-lodge surrounded by mangroves and rainforest. You will sleep in comfortable and cozy cabins, listening to the sounds of nature.
day 10
Livingston, Playa Blanca and Siete Altares
This day will be a mix of culture and nature. You will travel by private boat along the Dulce River to the Garifuna town of Livingston, famous for its music, gastronomy, and Afro-Caribbean traditions. You will continue to the paradisiacal Playa Blanca, with white sands and calm waters, and then to the Siete Altares waterfalls, where you can swim and relax.

Return to Guatemala City
After breakfast, you will return by boat and bus to the capital. There, a private transport will receive you and take you to the Hotel Ciudad Vieja, where you will spend your last night.
